Thank you for using freshly grated cheeses. That is the only way to go. Pregrated cheeses have no place in a kitchen. It only takes a few moments to grate cheese. It is not complicated!! I am looking forward to making this recipe for a dinner party.

People copy each other all the time. I follow Indian cooking channels and they have all got the same WRONG recipe for Chicken Tikka masala. I mean I have worked in Indian restaurants before so I know how it's suppose to taste..! I tried one of those recipes, it was disgusting! God knows how much adjustments i had to make to get the original taste!😅
