I have been smoking pork tenderloins for years but never tried a pork loin. Typically pull off at 139 degrees, cover and rest for about 20 minutes. I will try this for tomorrow's football party. subscribed. Thank You..
This was about 2 hours but always cook to temp so it's not under or over cooked. The wireless thermometer is the Meater Block. They have a few options to choose from.

Can you keep it in fridge over night after it’s stuffed
I've never done that, but I don't see why not. It just may extend the cook time is all.
I would love to know about how long it took to smoke.... Just an estimate. 1 hour or 4 hours? I am thinking probably 2 hours???
What was total cook time?
About 2 hours, but always cook to temp.
@@RACZBBQ cook to time? Not internal temp? Pork tenderloin is typically best to be pulled at 145 internal
