Hey Wayn I don't reccomend doing this in a crock pot. Pork loin is very lean and a crock pot will overcook it. You could end up with dry pork. A pork butt is more suitable for a crockpot. Thanks for stopping by my friend

Although I think you had to stuff it more than thrice the way it kept coming out the ends when you were rolling it up.😂😂 By the way...what was that at 16:22? They weren't saying "Ewwwww" to your pork loin I hope. It looked real good to me.
