If Batman takes on the Crimson one, you’ll have to make sure to have plenty of improvements in his bat jet also blue, Thor could use a man like him the pilot, one of his machines if possible. Also, Batman‘s next contingency plan should be about theSWAT Kats contingency, plan code: turboKat.

Though the SK-37 is also a fighter he could use. And if Frontline 59 is to be believed, it is his canon fighter. (At least for the missions Cold War and Bottom of the Barrel)
(Spoilers for the game. Though it's almost 4 years old by next month.)
However what this contingency plan did not take into account was the final plane in his arsenal, and the apex of Icarus Armories "Project Wingman" research, the PW-MK1. It's maneuverabilty is so advanced you'd swear it has anti-gravity. (Which considering it doesn't have anti-grav tech makes Crimson 1 and by extension, Monarch, even scarier pilots.)
And it has an unbelievably horrific array of weapons which could rival that of 5-6 flight wings. (Guns, missiles, multi mini missiles, railgun launcher, and offensive energy shields that fire railgun shells in multiple directions that is used exclusively by him.)

That was the first thing I thought of. Crimson in the PW. MK. 1 is a fleet killer and if Bats doesn't handle the situation very carefully, Crimson will give Gotham the same treatment as he did with Persidia.

Yeah. In that instance, he needs to be proactive rather than reactive when involving Crimson's PW-MK1. (Or enlist the aid of other heroes.)
Because he struck Presidia with absolutely no warning at all. He laughed into the comms. Spiked every military channel in the city. And delivered the payload in 35 seconds. That makes him scarier than most super villains in fiction. He won't warn you.
He may lose, but he knows how to make it where you don't win either.
However, there's some good news. Since cordium is not a thing in Gothem, things like cordium storms or magma rising from the ground won't happen if the bombs hit. Nor do they give off lethal doses of radiation. Just heat. But still, they still have the blast radius of small nukes and if it hits a populated area like Gothem, you're looking at tens of thousands of people "returning to the dust" and massive fires throughout the city at minimum.

Since we now have a Ace Combat video with Crimson 1 it would be cool to see a video on the lead hero of Ace Combat 7.
And it would be cool to see Batman delve into not only Trigger's seemingly superhuman accuracy/marksmanship, his ability to be a symbol of hope for the Osean Federation, and his prodigious skill as a pilot with any fighter plane he gets into the cockpit to even experimental ones and pilot them like an expert, and the various aircraft the former Mage Squad pilot turned Penal Unit pilot turned lead pilot of Strider Squadron has piloted, but also Trigger's psyche aka how Trigger is theorized to be either a idealistic patriotic youth who throughout the war with the Kingdom of Eursea starting with seeing his best friend and fellow Mage Squad pilot Brownie getting killed when her plane was shot down, and then getting framed for the supposed death of the former Osean Federation President and forced to serve in a Penal Unit led to him becoming a somewhat harden individual who preserved and survived to not only earn his freedom from the Penal Unit but also became the leader of his own squadron, and as people state the hero who single-handedly ended the war, or a slightly psychotic individual who always had a lust for violence.

Okay a air duel between Batman’s custom made batwing vs. crimsons VX-23 would be amazing. It would start with Batman ambushing crimson during the night 1 on 1 with crimson supposedly getting hits on Batman thinking he is winning but it was actually Batman’s plan feeding crimsons reader with false information giving him false confidence making him more likely to make a mistake. Over time crimson would slowly realize that Batman was toying with him the whole time with Batman hacking into his communications talking about the flaws of the federation with their tyranny and hypocrisy. Crimson would then go into a bloody rage trying to destroy Batman but soon realizes that Batman was gone it turns out Batman wasn’t trying to beat him but buying for time for the real opponent of crimson to arrive MONARCH. This would then drive crimson into insanity with monarch dealing the final blow with crimson shot out of the air then explode into an orange inferno

Well, I wasn't expecting this one. Though I do note a couple mistakes you made:
1: The Pacific Federation is *not* a brutal dictatorship, it's trying to keep the world, a post-apocalyptic world, under control, especially after the Oceania war, where a cabal of Mercenaries almost overthrew the world order (where Crimson 1's TRUE hatred for Mercs came from), and the Federation stopped them.
2: Crimson 1's plane isn't the VX-23 Batman mentioned, but the SK on screen. The only other confirmed canon plane C1 flew was the PW MK1, a plane far more powerful than either standard jet operated by Crimson Squadron.
Also, I was kinda hoping this one would exclude Monarch and be more geared towards before Sicario entered the Cascadian Conflict. Oh well. And also, on a personal level, I'll say that Crimson 1, with his far greater experience (going as far back as Oceania 15 years prior to Cascadia) could beat batman any day.

Here’s my question: since this would be an aerial dog fight, how would Batman ensure he follows his no-killing rule? Destroying Crimson 1’s craft mid-flight would put him in HUGE amounts of danger.
