Dream Center started in 1994 as Dream City Church, serving as a home missions project near downtown Los Angeles. Today, based in the former Queen of Angels Hospital in Echo Park, Dream Center serves as a resource center focused on providing support to those affected by homelessness, hunger, and the lack of education through residential and community outreach programs.
The ministry's impact spans worldwide through the Dream Center Network,
and locally through their church, Angelus Temple located in Echo Park.
