Wow! I love every single suggestion you shared! I am moving in 3 wks and I have scaled down a lot, trying to keep only what I love and what is functional. I feel I may need to refurnish some pieces to make it more of what I want but your words have inspired me to take risks. I am not confident with decorating my house but I want to try and make it look nicer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

How do you rearrange a room that doesn't make sense any other way? (Sectional probably shouldn't face a wall .
You’d have to leave the sectional where it is, in that case. But you could try the other tips, or move the smaller things around if that’s possible and makes sense in the space.
