  • In this video we discuss some of the best chess players of all time! There were a few, Paul Morphy for example who deserves to be noted, however, I wanted to include players who helped introduce new styles to the chess world, don’t hate me 😂! If you liked the video please like and subscribe it helps a ton with the channel! ❤️ thank you. Remember, Let’s get better together!

My criticism is not so much about the player selection, but about the video graphics, which in no way relate to the commentary. And having kings on adjacent squares is simply not possible in the rules of chess. A subject-insensitive no-no. But there it is, in one segment of the video.
Also, why the truncation of the list of great grandmasters? Leaving out Russians entirely. (I am not Russian, btw.) Tal and Kasparov especially. Two attacking greats, each as good as Fischer. And neither of whom became a nutcase.

First I just want to say thank you for the criticism as it will help me in the future!
I understand completely about the graphics I do think it’s just alot of fillers looking back on it and the next video will be miles above this one in that regard.
As far as not including certain players it is difficult because I would have liked to include players like Morphy and Anand but I tried to make an interesting video of players who had an impact on chess as a whole and introduced new styles (not that Kasparov or Tal didn’t). I think when anyone first getting into chess first learns about Fisher and he did do great things for the game. I understand it is sad he went crazy in the future but he did create a chess boom in the U.S and I learned chess reading a book by him that I was given by my one of my old teachers so maybe personal preference but he comes up in my mind whenever I think of great players.
I’m still new to this UA-cam thing and this is only my second non-short video so I’m working on it. I also wanted a shorter video so that I can get more engagement so that’s why I can’t include everyone but in the future I’ll just focus on making the best content possible, thank you again!
