Hey I need help with changing digitizer and an issue I am facing, unfortunately the quality of flex cables of digitizers for replacement parts are not as good as the flex cables on the original digitizers, and when fastening them and connecting them you don’t get the clicking noise to make sure the flex cable is connected properly, but the digitizer works but after couple of days the iPad digitizer flex cable comes of the motherboard and so the digitizer stops works, is there any way to sit or fasten the iPad flex cable so it does not come off the motherboard ?

These videos never tell you to isolate (disconnect) the battery before unplugging the digitizer, home button, and LCD. There are fuses on the main board which can be easily damaged. Take a flashlight and point it at the dark screen. Can you see the icons? If yes, then unfortunately you damaged the backlight fuse.
