hey i have a question, I place everything like you and when i turn on the ipad the LCD is like broken or something it dont show one part of the screen and do not detect the touch. what I can Do to fix that or its the LCD that i buy it comes broken. Help

Are you buying digitizer plus lcd ?
If you can’t seen on display then lcd not work so you have to replace lcd
Some times new digitizer and lcd also not working
So if not broke you can return the parts and buy another one
Cell Phone Tech yes, I bought the digitizer and the lcd but only the lcd doesn’t work, and I disconnected the lcd like 2 times but it’s still the same, another thing is that when I turn on the iPad I doesn’t detect the touch and the iPad moves by it self. I don’t know what to do. What do you suggest me?

If you replace home button then Touch ID not work you have used old home button
If screen moves by self then check the digitizer connection

Cell Phone Tech. I did everything like you, just that I change the original home button to the new touch screen, yesterday I try to connect only the LCD, when I connected the lcd only it moves by itself. I didn’t connect the digitizer. But I will send you pictures so you can see .

Well hello sir as you said that touch faliur is one of the issue of digitizer and i have to replace it with a new one.I shure did that but the problem is still unsolved.Ipad worked properly for few hours and then the same thing happened.it did not stopped working at those places where it did befor now it have 2 new spots where it do not work.Those places were not working before and are not working now as well.few places are working which were not before.so what eles can i do to get my ipad repeared and turn it back into fully working condition.i wrote too much.Hope you will answer me.❤️❤️

It can be digitizer connection or digitizer I don’t know where you get digitizer sometimes new one also not works properly so
My suggestion to take repair center
Or try good quality digitizer one more time and make sure connection is right

A bit late for a response, but isopropyl alcohol usually works pretty well.
Recommended to replace the gloves with a new pair after using the glue on the HOME BUTTON.
I have bought a used iPad with the back panel bent, I am disappointed that the digitiser glass has not other designs, I need a design that the home button be separated from the digitiser, so the back of the home button bottom piece can be superglued down to the chassis or the main part of the back panel leaving no gaps, as the back panel is bent, installing the LCD and the digitiser on it leaving a small gap to the far right corner of the iPad by the home buttons side.
If the user only used those $1 or $2 superglue on the back fixing (securing black coloured piece) at the back of the Home Button, then it won’t last too long before it came off in a month’s use, as there is a small gap in there (if the back panel of the iPad is bent).

How do I re enable Touch ID?
I don't think you can. I even tried putting the old home button on and it still didn't register. I think this is a security tactic by Apple just in case you steal an ipad and try to disable the touch by removing and replacing it with another.
So I replaced the digitizer on my iPad 6th gen last night and everything worked except the button to turn the iPad off, I mean the the slider button on the screen, the physical button works but the slider button doesn't work and my apple pencil doesn't register in the middle of the screen when I draw. Any idea why this would happen? Thank you

@@pressureflipin1992 yah its weird. I honestly have no clue why the lock button of all things. Id understand the home button but not the lock button
