5 year old just smashed the front wide bumper off after we've had to wait a few days for new batteries lol. Saw this video figured I'd see what else to replace/mod. Thanks for the great video!

Well, I'm not an "RC guy". I've had several hobbies, but never got as far as hobby grade. After an episode with a WLToys I don't want to talk about, today I went out and bought a Rustler. I have to say, it is night and day! I'm interested in upgrades, not just because they're more durable and I'm concerned, but also for the fun of buying and customizing. After watching this I just ordered all 5 of your suggestions (and a couple others). They should be here in a few days, and I'm excited to tinker. Thank you for the excellent video! I really appreciate the info without the dopamine addiction tactics a lot of channels use. I don't need intense! Just answers... 🙂

Can depend on a variety of factors! How you drive for one, some people drive their vehicles a lot harder than others. Also, if you drive around areas with hard things to crash into, like curbs, brick walls, etc. that can break it easier obviously. big jumps too. Also, a big one is the climate. I’ve found plastic breaks much easier in cold temperatures and that’s when most of my breakages happen. Thanks for watching!

Have had one no parts broken in over 12 months and have upgraded it to a 2s bl-2s and geared it up to accommodate the extra power and is now darn near perfect! Don’t get me wrong things will eventually break due to wear or sudden full speed impacts. RPM all day though!

honestly, I thought the bell crank would be really weak but it's the only part I haven't had to replace I have had three huge crashes one into a curb on one side only the caster steering knuckle and caster block broke then in big bear where I had been driving it in snow making the plastic a lot more brittle and bent a steering link and then the other one into another curb breaking the front bulkhead it's crazy!!! sorry for the pfp I don't know why I chose that lol!

I don't leave a bashing site unless I broke something beyond repair. Get yourself a nice small hunting bag with a few side pouches. I use it and it packs all my tools, charger, and batteries. And it's about half the size of a backpack. I can carry the car and bag/controller with one hand easily. And I use a lanyard so my controller doesn't hit the ground when walking around.
I wish my friends would get some rc cars. Lol. Rip
