I think the 4 wheels motorcycle/car can be fixed with a roof with the same shape of it.
Given what they can do with self-balancing, it would seem superfluous to have a 4 or even 3 wheeler. You need a 'car'' that can lane-share like motorcycles otherwise there is no improvement. Being able to go through traffic is the killer app. It's not to say you couldn't have wheels paired with each other but close together.
If you want your concept vehicle to have a shot at ending up on a production line you need to either get a military contract or race it and win. It's the proving grounds.

That's just stupid toys for stupid people. A bicycle or an electric bicycle takes care of 90% of your transport needs in a first world country. For the remaining 10% when you need something with a larger capacity you certainly don't want any of these vehicles.
