I'm glad to see that he is keeping some elements of classic Aikido in his style. A person like him who travels a lot around the world and also practices with international visitors in the Hombo Dojo, you'd assume that his style would result from the mixture and influence from all that people, especially from older yudanshas. Yes, we can see some contemporary Aikido elements in there, but they are subtle and well balanced with classic Aikido. IMHO.
