Hello Ma'am Ana. Glad to found your channel here on youtube. I am currently working on my research. I intend to have a qualitative research design - I am done with document analysis, however, this pandemic hinders me to conduct proper FDG or interviews to gather more data to support my study. Thus, I plan to use a questionnaire in gathering data instead. I think of creating a questionnaire but in an open-ended response using google form. Would it conflict with my research design? Do you have a reference to analyzing open-ended responses?

There is no prob if you will change, all you have to do is to change the res.design too. Re-state your res.design.

@@anaph Hi Ma'am Ana, I did re-state my research design. It is now a mix method design. Though my first intention would really be qualitative approach sana. Anyway, moving on... instead of open ended question, I used close ended to limit the answers to my expected result.
However, I was asked to review again my SOP and theory. So I am watching your theoretical framework video now. I am sure that every research should have a theory but would a research stand alone with only a conceptual framework?

Bawal po kapag wala permission ng owner. At may tamang procedure po sa paghingi ng consent po ng owner ng instrument. Bawal po na basta copy then paste, gaya ng naidemo dun sa vid.

Yung content analysis yan na po mismo ang data gathering technique mo, all you have to do is to identify and set up your criteria dyan sa iaanalyze mo na data.
You may try to search for existing content analysis criteria for your topic. Just do not forget to ask for permission if you will adapt

Pero Mam pano po ung sa criteria san po ba iaapply iyon Hindi ko po kasi alam kung criteria sa pagpili ng specific na source na iaanalayze or criteria para sa data na kukunin mo dun sa laman ng source or content na napili mo na iaanalyze isang source lang po kasi iaanalyze nmn kaso sa source na yun maraming content na commentary dagdag pa po ung content ng mismong source na yun, pwede parin po ba na may criteria seperate sa pagpili ng source tsaka ibang criteria para sa information na kukunin mo dun po sa mismong source tska mam sa pagkuha po ba ng data sa source na napili may sampling method Pa na kailangagn para sa data na kukkunin mo din sa source mo.
Hi maam. May I ask how about the validity and reliability of the instruments if you're going to make your own instruments? Pwede naman pong mag adopt/adapt ng instruments hindi po ba? kasi some research panels asking the validity and reliability of the instruments during defense. Thank you maam

In regards to validity, reliability, the instrument should pass these tests especially if it is researcher-made and adapted one.
