Thank you, Glynis. So much good information here. I do take a few of the supplements you mentioned already (Magnesium, Vit D and the Quercetin). I buy a lot of my products now from a company called Pure Aktivation and find them really impressive. I shall definitely look at the Oregano Oil and also the Sterimar. I have local honey daily but shall go back to the Manuka honey as well. I have added Iodine to my supplementation. I also use Colloidal Silver when I feel something coming on (a spray in the throat) and I use essential oils in a body rub which I believe also helps keep my immune system high. Thanks again, I really enjoyed this video.
I’ve been using Sterimar for about 4 years & it definitely helps me. It’s good to cleanse the nasal passages daily. I also use VitD & K2 in spray form all year round but up the dose to 4000iu from October to April & in winter I take liposomal Vit C. I’ve heard Quercetin can be useful for hay fever if you start it a few weeks before the season though I’ve not tried it myself. I hadn’t heard of oil of oregano so will definitely have a look at that! If I feel a cold coming on I drink ginger with lemon & honey & have just started having sea moss so I put that in as well. I haven’t had a “proper” cold since 2017, just the odd sniffle occasionally so these things must help I think, though I’ve probably just jinxed it!!
ooh I hope not. I would advise, however, not using Sterimar every day as the body gets used to it and it could be less effective when you need it? Also the lining of the nose is quite delicate so it might be a bit much.
@@AgelessbyGlynisBarber I use the Sterimar Breathe Easy Daily spray (morning & evening) which can be used every day for nasal hygiene as stated on their website but I wouldn’t use the other Sterimar products regularly. I made oregano tea today as I saw it’s really good for the immune system & as I take quite a lot of supplements I don’t really want to add more. I also recently started making my own bone broth which I love. I’m mid 60’s & on no prescription meds which makes me happy!!
Thank you Glynis, have a look at Lipolife products that are great too
