Same thing happened to me, I was SO close to becoming a quadriplegic from a IDIOT chiropractor who adjusted me because he said I had tendinitis, through the surgery my excellent neurosurgeon came to recovery with me and woke me up right away to see if I could feel my legs. He was extremely worried. The good lord above was with me that time. I would not ever let any chiropractor manipulate you, EVER, there are other things they can do without manipulation. It really isn’t worth taking the chance to let them crack your spine. Your body will thank you for it……

You were severely injured by an idiot
I always hate when people vilify an entire field because they had one bad experience
Would you say... I don't know one time I had a bad experience at a medical doctor so be careful about going to all medical doctor
I once ate food at a restaurant and got food poisoning, don't ever eat at a restaurant again
See how you don't warn people about never eating food again or never going to a medical doctor again but your warning people about a chiropractor. You just went to a bad person. You could have gone to a bad medical doctor in a bad chef too

Yes, I was always afraid to go to the chiropractor, but my son had such serious needs other doctors were not able to help him. In just one visit my son’s Quality of life improved by about 30% and that felt like 90% for us because it completely resolved the worst of it. For his issues a chiropractor was the only one that could help. I don’t think there’s any kind of intervention that doesn’t carry some sort of risk, but sometimes there’s more risk in not taking the risk of getting better. My son is so much better off thanks to chiropractors being able to deal with nerve flow to fix issues rather than MDs drugging children to hide issues. My sons quality of life, and my quality of life, was improved by about 90% with just a 30% improvement from a chiropractor. I’m actually going to be taking him back and seeing if I can have some mild adjustments on myself.

I ended up in physical therapy for my neck after repeated Chiro treatments on my neck. I now go to a Chiro that uses a specialized technique called Orthospinology, or Grostic Technique focusing our adjustments on the upper cervical spine - near your head and neck area. No twisting!

Take advice from a kid who liked dark room sleeping so much, my fathers night vision couldnt see at all, without the illuminator turned on. PROVING there was no light to amplify.
They sell insulation sheet that are foam with foil on one side.
Get a piece of this insulation board and cut it to the EXACT size of window hole.
You can place and remove a near perfect light seal.
It also keeps out heat, or keeps it in if you live in one of those crazy places where water freezes

Great question! I believe I spend 2 hours a day on average doing things to be healthy (and that's if I work out, I don't go to the gym every day) meanwhile the stats out there say the average american watches 4.5 hours of TV a day. I don't have a TV so I believe to answer your question, everyone has 24 hours in a day and many people have kids who do more healthy things than me in a day so I think it just depends on how people want to prioritize their time. Great question!

@@botanicalbecca8443 depending on the time of year, most kids and working parents are at school/work before the sun comes up. A super restrictive diet, whether healthy or no for some individuals based on specific goals, isnt the best for everyone in a family. Especially babies, toddlers, preteens and teens. Even working out and going to s chiropractor regularly can be tough for parents. An hour in the gym for most people is actually more like a 2-3hr commitment between getting ready, travel and then winding down i.e. showers, sauna, changing clothes. What if the kids are freezing cold at 64°? Do thr kids also take showers in the dark? Do uou put cardboard in all the kids windows with blackout before they go to sleep, typically much earlier than parents? Not impossible but to be this particular about everything in your life buy starts seeming like it might be if you ever had to consider anyone else beyond your wants/needs.
