They need to raise the harness bar several inches - check NHRA or SCCA standards for harness mounting. As they are now, those harnesses will induce crippling spinal compression loads in the event of a crash.

And he’s built this entire car including swapping the motor recently...and he works about 60 hours per week so trust me when I tell you he’s worked for it and on it
