Superman and Mr. Mxyzptlk need each other's help. See, Superman accidentally turned himself into a giant lizard while trying to find a way to give Lois Lane superpowers, and Mr. Mxyzptlk got banished to Earth for taking a prank too far. Now, the two foes must join forces to set things right, but even their combined powers can't overcome terrible writing. This issue stinks. But is it so bad that it's good?
