Full Immersion Tea Extraction: Testing Hario Largo for Cafe Client

We checked out the Hario Largo for a cafe client and made a large volume (360ml) extraction through it and discuss some of the pros and cons.
We tested it using a Phoenix Mt Dan Cong.
