Great review thanks - BTW the 'Hold Charge' button means 'Hold the button down and it converts the gas engine to 'charge mode' and it then charges the battery as you drive' Works really well too!
Trading in my 2023 NX350 F Sport 3 for the 2025 NX450h+ F Sport 3. The only things I will miss from the gas model will be the ML sound system and the POWER 60/40 split rear seats… everything else will be exactly the same but with new bells and whistles and a little more speed! 😎🇨🇦
So just wondering what the verdict for a $64K plug in hybrid is, in comparison to the normal hybrid or the NX 350 turbo. Does the higher price out weight the lower cost options, because you can't get the F Sport option on NX 450 that has dynamic suspension.
Noticed a trailer hitch on video. Did you install? I can only find one for “F Sport” at Lexus. Looked at install directions and it describes three cuts or trims, one center and two at ends. Just bought an F sport 2024 NX450h+. Love it but don’t wan’t to cut it up to install a hitch.

it's sad it can't even average 40 mpg in hybrid mode. I would really like to see this drivetrain in all small Toyotas. A Yaris with this drivetrain would be awesome.

Well, the NX450h+ 38mpg is slightly better than the BMW competition, which gets 22 mpg in hybrid mode. Volvo is not much better. This Lexus gets phenomenal fuel economy, especially for its size and options.
.......................... Actually I am gett'n 49 miles per 120Volt charge twice as smooth ride SIMPLY by putting on Michelin tires and dumping the DOG run Flat tires.

I might have missed it but did you answer the initial question...it it worth the price?

Interesting stuff - You changed the run flats for Michelins. What about the risk of a flat tire?

IMO??
@@donaldbanner2185 Too complicated for me - I'm happy with the run flats
I don’t think the plug in is worth it. I would go for the hybrid.
Impressive little car…prolly take my Vette off the line…😂
I get 72km on mine per charge
That CVT sounds horrible. I would get the 8 speed turbo model.
Who the hell cares about the environment, we need fuel economy...
