We had Setzer from FF6 in KH2, so it wouldn't be impossible for them to add Kefka. However, I would like to see Palom and Porom from FF4 (not The After Years, their original incarnations) as they would fit KH the best.

Which is probably what made his ascent to the evil main bad guy such a twist, back in SNES days: it was at least a bit of a fucking surprise. He just seems like this impotent court minister type character, harmless enough, and then suddenly he's there, pushing people to their death, or slipping poison into water supplies... like some kind of surprise-evil-monster-jack-in-the-box. It would have been cool if they'd had his voice deepen when he takes on God form, though. At that point in the game, he's literally rebuilt the world into a twisted version of itself, and placed himself upon a junk-heap throne--a heap of machinery that was presumably the capitol of the Evil Empire he was initially just a toady for.

Omnislash Ver. 5/6 was a complete deus ex machina, somehow getting strength from a spirit for a limit break despite being completely slaughtered throughout the fight while Sephiroth didn't even break a sweat. His right leg's muscles should've been shredded when Sephiroth ripped Masamune out of his leg to throw him into the roof of a building after performing Octaslash. He never should've been able to jump, considering he never cast a Cure/a/aga spell to heal it.
