Hi, it's possible to do this by changing the time on your machine. But it also depends on what machine you have. Here's more info on how to do this from other OSCAR users: www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread-Shift-Worker-Seeing-Split-Day-Reports-on-OSCAR
That is a good question for your healthcare provider! They can give you statistics to look out for daily. If you would like to chat with our team for free, you can give us a call at 866-936-3754
It depends on the machine you have. If you are looking for help breaking down your Oscar data further, you can contact one of our medical staff either online at respshop.com, or over the phone at 866-936-3754.
Not sure how to tell that from Oscar, but I'd suggest getting a sleep tracker. Wish I'd got one a decade ago when I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. They give a good indication of how long you've slept as well as help you evaluate whether changes help or hurt your sleep quality. I got a Fitbit Inspire 3 as it was under £100 and has no subscription but I'll likely be leveling up to something more focused on sleep tracking. This guy gives great reviews if you're interested: ua-cam.com/video/YVhmzxpw5Gg/v-deo.html&t My sleep score has gone from the high 60s to the high 80s since getting one 6 months ago
