    ഞാൻ രാവിലെ 5:30 എഴുന്നേൽക്കും 10 മിന്യൂട്ട്സ് മെഡിറ്റേഷൻ പിന്നേ പ്രകൃതിയെ അറിയാൻ ഒരു നടത്തം ഓരോ ദിവസവും വ്യത്യസ്ത മായിരിക്കും ആകാശ കഴ്ചകൾ അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്ന ഓരോ ദിവസവും ഞാൻ പുതിയൊരാളെയാണ് എന്നിൽ ഞാൻ കാണുന്നത്. പിന്നെ വന്നിട്ട് 30minutes വ്യായാമം 🥰അനുഭവം ആണ്😎

    Thank u mam very useful ❤❤ Iam OCD and depression person.I have been taking medicine for four years. My illness has not gone away. I have a great desire to study but nothing sticks in mind. Iam losing memory. Not a single word sticks inmy mind.I have been through a lot of counseling, but nothing has worked for me.
