Funny, that orange dial Doxa and black MM200 reduced are the on two watches Ive been craving lately, and there you have them side by side! And I too would love to see it offered in an orange dial!
I have the green varient and its pretty nice. The green is pretty close to the green Omega Seamaster and its scratching that itch very nicely. The movement is running around -2 seconds a day and its comfortable, looks great/has great finishing, and wears very well
I'm actually wearing mine today on a black Artem sail cloth strap. It looks and wears great, very comfortable. Picked it up at Exquisite, no discount, but great service as always and no buyers remorse.
Great looking watch, but seiko accuracy is something that kinda annoys me. I know it costs more, but for a similar styled watch, I think I’d go with the longines hydroconquest gmt
Excited to have this in my collection. I agree the MM200 case wears great. Also, I thought it was cool this has a Ceramic Bezel. Great review and thanks for sizing it for me.
If the Duro came with an orange dial for 3x the price, I'd have one on the way tomorrow. But I can already get a serviceable Doxa Sub homage at a fraction of the cost of this Seiko.
@A_Dude_And_His_Watch78 So is this watch once it's modded. Maybe even before. We pretend that watches aren't homages if they come from respectable companies, but Seiko, et al, are pulling the same sh*t Invicta and Pagani pull. If I'm already expected to shell out $1500 for a Seiko, might as well go the rest of the way and get the real deal for nor that much more.
What’s wrong with the price? It’s a bargain for Seikos real heavyweight models like this. In Italy it’s 1700 euros.. means it’s close to 2000 US dollars . It’s a bargain. Go see what the greedy Swiss are pricing their watches with inferior specs…
@@pittss2c601 yeah but you don’t need to. Just use your phone. I think you missed the point. You are complaining about unecessary dive watches in the context of a hobby that involves wearing unnecessary machines on our wrists…
@@Brynn-be9zr You missed the point. I often do not have my cell phone with me. At the campground, on the farm, target shooting, swimming in the ocean, at the gym, flying my airplane, etc. I always use my watch. And there are way too many diver watches in this world.

That is a gorgeous dial layout

You paid full retail for it ?
I just bought mine at exquisite timepieces as well. I bought it yesterday

Love it when you wear marine master type watches. Proper manly man stuff. They really suit you.
Dang ! that model is fire !
Tyler at Exquisite is awesome.
My favorite color has always been orange and I own a Seiko orange samurai which is my favorite watch in my collection.🙂👍🏻
This is an amazing looking watch. Unfortunately it is just an office- instead a travellers GMT.
My dream Seiko is a orange dial Seiko Tuna.
Excited to have this in my collection. I agree the MM200 case wears great. Also, I thought it was cool this has a Ceramic Bezel. Great review and thanks for sizing it for me.
IMO this is top 5-10 best looking Seiko/GS models
Great looker solid dimensions but that price is a killer for me , that watch at around 800 I’d consider.
Nice watch, however I am not quite ready to drop $1500 on this one.....I will go get a King Turtle with the 40 hour power reserve.
Stellar watch.
I love it
I want the Seiko GMT with the green dial.
Okay. I'll wear my SPB185 today.
The good old rattlesnake Seiko.
I want the green. 😊
Baby tuna is still my favorite.
Hey Rob, any idea what the size of the clasp width? Is there a taper on the bracelet? Thanks
This would be amazing with an orange dial!!
How can I get one of your RR coins?
Sweet deal for sure. The green reference bezel doesn’t match the dial to me, otherwise that would be my choice.
It's a decent watch, I picked one up but sold it.
Not that decent then?
Is orange dial expected in this one ?
Great watch

Yeah, but it will be an homage.

They don't have any SRPE39's!
Too many divers in this world. With no one actually diving.
Too many people wearing wrist watches when nobody actually needs a watch to check the time
Yeah man. So many tennis shoes and no one playing tennis.
@@Brynn-be9zr I check the time on my watch all day long.

My only problem with this watch is that accuracy is horrendous 😕
Just be Zen about it. You can set your watch once every 2 or 3 days, and then it doesn’t really matter too much.
Dont like shiny bezels
