Iv450 rsf motor 2005 been rebuilt a couple of times obviously still goes extremely hard but still an interesting video ,but you should have done your plug they are a real pain in the backside a stupid as the air filter great video man enjoyed watching cheers always like to see new things👍🇦🇺🦘

I have recently bought a450exc-f and it’s a brilliant bike for the riding I do, the maxims tyres it came with have only lasted 1100 miles what do you use, also how often do you clean the air filter?

Hi Glyn. Thanks for dropping by. You are not going to get great mileage out of any knobbly tires. I find the best combo of grip and wear to be Michelin Trackers. In summer, if it is pretty dry, I have switched to using Mitas E07s, but this is an experiment - so watch this space! I have several air filters which I swap and clean every couple of days' riding in the summer, but less so if I'm on a longer tour.
