  • Barre Class Workout - FAST RESULTS - 25 Minutes - FULL BODY WORKOUT
    This Barre Ballet Workout is designed to sculpt your ballerina body. It is a low impact 25 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
    In this class, we do a great set at the barre, then we hit the floor for upper body and core exercises.

    Wow, I have not done any technique or barre work for many years, that was a good starter! Can’t wait to start doing them more regularly to work on my strength and flexibility again 😍👌🏽

    What should I wear on my feet for these barre classes?

      Hi Lise, If you have an injury you may like to have a look at some supportive dance shoes. If this is not injury related, I usually wear pilates socks with the grip dots underneath or bare feet :)

    How many calories did you burn with a 20 minutes barre workout? Please let me know. Thanks :)

      Hi Maccracc, it's hard to say, as everybody burns calories differently, depending on metabolism, and many other factors, but according to Google, dancing for 20 minutes burns about 120 calories, so that's an estimation you can work from, Andrea x
