Very nice young couple.
I've had the BEST service at the Boathouse. It really made it memorable. The food was great, but what stuck out in my mind was our server. My husband and I ate here a few years ago. Our server was so sweet, this younger gentleman, who was SO attentive, and really made our night with his recommendations and going above and beyond.
The filet sliders are really good and only $14!
We love the service, the atmosphere, and have always had great drinks, appetizers, sides, and desserts. HOWEVER, we've always felt that the actual entrees overpromise and underdeliver. No idea why. But we advise those planning on going to make a "small plates" mixture of ordering appetizers rather than a dinner entree and then enjoy drinks and dessert.

my Family and i like Boathouse too. we always stop by and eat outside at the bar. we don't need to make reservations for outside so it's great to do for your relaxing day. And its Disney so kids are able to sit at the bar and eat. they feel so grown up.
We go there first thing upon arrival and our go to is the sliders and coconut shrimp. We love sitting on the back bar area and taking in the vibe.
Filet mignon sliders every time!!! Best value on property!!!
This is my favorite spot at Disney Springs, specifically sitting on the dock out back. Great food, great service, great view.
Would love to know what you think of their fried clam strips.

Disney Springs has great dining options! "Fine dining" such as The Boathouse and The Edison. Casual dining such as Raglan Road and Chef Art Smith. "Quick dining" such as Blaze, D-Lux and Earl of Sandwich. And then you finish it off with dessert at Ghiradeli or Amorettes. A little something for everyone! We spend 2-3 nights at DS every trip!
Completely agree about the Boathouse's clam strips. Better than a lot of places up here in the northeast!
This is our FAVORITE place to eat. It’s always the first place we book and we love it every time. We always get a steak, usually a petite filet with bernaise and a ribeye with butter. Side of fries and Mac and cheese. Finished with the Duck Duck Razz and a lemon drop martini. AMAZING

Love the video thanks for sharing I was there about a year and a half ago and we saw you and Haley eating there great place to revisit my go to are the filet mignon sliders every time with the truffle fries chefs kiss
We had dinner there just before Xmas and whilst the server wasn’t the friendliest, it was really nice sat out the back and food was great. Burger here is one of best on property, grouper sandwich great.

Best burger on Disney property by a country mile. The wedge salad is insane here. All the food is excellent!

Boathouse is one of our family’s favorite!! Pianos are Fri & Sat Night 8:30pm-11:30pm and Sat & Sun Brunch 11am-2pm.

Love the Boathouse. My most favorite item I got was the coconut mojito! Yum!
Ask for the east coast vs west coast oyster-off. They will set you up with 1 from each coast so you can compare. The servers had good info on each, it's fun and you will the cool person!! LOL...

Just went with my family in august right before we flew home. Must haves for me are the pimento cheese dip, crab cake, and the side of macaroni!
It’s a favorite for us too. We usually share a lobster boil for 2 but they didn’t have it last time we went. I made the mistake of getting the mac & cheese side one time. It’s huge. They need smaller side options for 1 person

The Boathouse is one our favorite places to eat. We always get the fillet sliders. Had lunch there a couple days ago and, upon Fiasco's recommendation, I got the fried clams. He is not exaggerating; they were SOOO good! I've been dreaming about them all the time now. The clams, sliders, and fries were the a perfect combo. Plus sitting outside looking at the water and feeling the breeze? Life truly is good. Had I not seen this vid the week before our trip, I don't even think I'd have know about the clams. Thanks guys!
Tried the boathouse for the first time in October, not excepting to love it as much as we did! We ended up going 2 more times on that trip, and it is now officially our favorite restaurant on Disney property! The Mac and cheese, filet mignon sliders, and those rolls during the weekend brunch with the cinnamon icing 😍😍 soooo good!!

Glad your meal was so enjoyable, thank you for the review. Haven't been here because it opened after I stopped coming to WDW regularly. Don't know if I'd even go there, as the prices I've seen are pretty steep, and I also don't eat seafood - I know there's other things, but I'd probably still go elsewhere especially for the prices.

Their brunch on the weekends is really good. Love the crab cakes benedict!
My favorite restaurant in disney springs- never had a bad meal there, I have to go there every trip
We dined at The boathouse last May while on vacation at Disney World. All the great reviews led us to this location. We were so disappointed. Everything we order was okay but it was not great. The bread service was very good and we did enjoy that but the rest of our meal was very disappointing.
Best restaurant on property in my opinion
You must try the filet sliders! Super super good. It’s only about $15 and comes with fries but I switch those out for mac n cheese for a slight up charge. Also the shrimp and andouille Mac n cheese, I normally get it with just the shrimp but it’s super good with a bit of a kick! (I go there far too often)

I want to try this place so badly being such a seafood lover! I hope I can fit it in on my next trip! It's too bad they don't do the S'mores Baked Alaska currently, that's a BIG reason to go there I would think! Also, Haley looks amazing!

We prefer dining outside near the Dockside bar. Less noisy. No reservation needed. No free bread, but the beef sliders are awesome. My husband usually orders something fish. Do they have cod yet?
I've only eaten at Boathouse once, party of two during busy season on a Friday night. Pete warns about 'Ohana rushing guests through their meals, but in my experience Boathouse was incomparably worse. The waitress was turning tables and didn't even try to hide it. The food was expensive but pretty good though, and the live piano music was a plus.
I LOVE this place. Love love love. Ask for Kim if you go, she’ll make you feel like one of her family members. Honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had!!

The Boathouse is amazing every time we go. I can't believe you didn't try the sliders - so delicious and the best value on the menu. Try them next time, you won't be sorry.
I LOVE Boathouse but my last trip in October was some of the WORST food I've had at Disney, or anywhere. Sucks to travel from Hawaii to show off one of your favorite dining places and have it suck so bad.
Agreed! I was anticipating such amazing food from the videos I watched before my trip. However, it was a disaster. Bisque was cheesy in a weird gross way, the shrimp was like bad octopus and the oysters were all the same taste even though we tried different types. I make even Phoenix had better oysters! So disappointed and never returning!

Calling that a turkey sandwich seems like a disservice. That looked Amazing ! I can see why you order that at a seafood restaurant. Also you should try to be in more of the videos. I like your husband’s videos, but you two are just a great couple, and the videos are better with both of you in them.

I'm going in May and I'm going to make a reservation at The boathouse in two more weeks I'll be able to make my dining reservations I was thinking of the lobster roll if they have the fried clams if I can get fries but if it comes with fries I'll get the fried clams and two more weeks I'll be making my reservations and I'm going solo

I don't eat seafood so i've always avoided seafood forward restaurants.
I ate there twice last year, hands down best restaurant on property.
We’ll have to give it another try. We weren’t impressed. I thought the famous rubber duck cocktail tasted like cough medicine. I definitely recommend the lobster bisque though.

I grew up in Ipswich, Ma which is famous for their clams. Saying that I do not know anyone who eats clams strips. We just eat regular fried clams. Clam strips are not a Mass thing.
It was invented in Essex MA and is the #1 place in the world with the most locations who serve it - it’s a mass thing lol

It’s the same thing, just strips are cut smaller. You can find them at hundreds of places in Boston/south shore/cape cod etc

We ate there in november, very disappointing my medium rare steak was overcooked and the lobster was a band of rubber. We were looking forward to the meal after all the hype in the disney "community" but it was the worst meal of our trip.
Probably the worst dining we’ve experienced at WDW. We order filets and I added a lobster tail. Both steaks undercooked. Sent it back. Left only the lobster. So I had to eat that on its own. It was also undercooked but we didn’t say anything. New steaks come back. Mine fine my husbands not. They left his potatoes and took his steak. Brought it back, they just threw it back on the grill at that point. I was basically done eating. When his steak came back again. His potatoes left on the table were now cold. We basically ate tapas and separate. It was horrible. Steak was definitely not signature worthy. Should be a regular table service.
Do not get the steak! They promote their steaks as to of the line, and charge accordingly, however, mine was so bland and slightly tough. Very disappointed, especially for the price.
