I absolutely loved the comment about "Heaven is a creative place and we came to this earth to create so when we're creating it right heaven on Earth is here, when we're creating it wrong it's hell on Earth". I've often thought that 'heaven', or the afterlife, can't possibly be the empty, boring, shiny place that is traditionally depicted. Or a bunch of McMansions in an exclusive subdivision, as Mormons tend to believe (I used to be one). I've alway thought of 'heaven' as this maximally creative, vibrant, divers, and colorful place that is a super joy to behold and participate in. That would be heaven for me. Perhaps some people would be happier in a stuffy mansion?
For me the haven is this moment where my loved ones reveal their true self to me and allow me to participate in this other dimension play that is taking place under the curtain of this dimension. A happy place where we all just enjoy little things because we don’t have to worry about the empty earthy struggles related to surviving.

"Integration". That's powerful insight. Interestingly enough, that's the most difficult thing to do for most people. Integrating the higher and lower self takes Honesty, which in this case takes COURAGE. It's hard to be Brave. To be honest, the problem with many people in any given incarnation is that they never learn to be Honest let alone Brave. it is not a straight line....more like a roller coaster...our vibration never stays the same, we are constantly changing and unless you are enlightened and stay even keel..life will always be throwing you curveballs...it is our reaction to those balls that get us feeling backwards...i guess it is just apart of the journey, it is not a short road, that's for sure.
It’s going deeper but it feels like going backwards sometimes, that’s the paradox. If I consider that time is actually moving in reverse it actually makes sense
I still have a lot to learn, but for me Heaven is where everyone keeps their will to themselves except where invited, whereas Hell is where everyone tries to inflict their will on others regardless of their wishes. So much of this discussion seems to be people trying to police others rather than learning to manage themselves.
Learning does add time and that's one thing the ego likes because it depends on time to survive. Realize you need no time to kill the ego. Only this moment exists and this moment is eternity.
Hell on earth is taxes, insurance anything that saps your freedom. As long as these things and $ is a reality, there isn’t a possibility of heaven on earth.
Depends how taxes are used in one's country. Some countries use them to help the needy (health care, education, unemployment, emergencies etc...). Greed within oneself and those who control money leads to hell, caring more about money than people, generosity is heaven. It's about one's focus, on the good or bad side of any situation.
So many thoughts going through my mind and self listening to this. Paradox seems key as I try to sort it out into words. Seeing the beauty of the attack from another as their pain being projected outward,, and as an opportunity for me to reflect inside. Either as a deeper appreciation for who I am or as a potential learning of my sneaky ego tricks. Divine either way. Not exactly sure what you mean as loss of will but I imagine it as the loss of agency(therapy term), loss of our ability to direct our inner focus, loss of our knowing that we will be okay after the storm. Dropping of our sovereign inner responsibility. We have lost connection or grounding to our inner connection to the Cosmos. Our forgetting that we and others are one and same; and we have our own individual experience of that sameness.
Heaven and hell as we understand them are creations of man or of the third dimension. We're here to experience duality which does not exist in "heaven" sic and some say to create novelty; the god consciousness can't surprise it's self nor create something genuinely new. Upon death our soul & consciousness goes to the heaven dimension from whence we came. The dimension is overwhelming pure love. Hell is not a separate place but rather a shadow and could be considered a state of mind that is experienced by a few who feel they deserve some form of punishment for the life lived. They are free to enter the light anytime they wish, indeed they are encouraged to enter the light. The few NDEs who experienced some form of hell ended up entering the light, all experienced unique versions of hell; implying the experience is self-made or at least tailored to the self.

Hi Sarah, thank you for all your work. Since i do recognise so much in what you are saying i would be interested to know what you had to say about sacrifice. It is a recurrent theme in (creation) myths, and the powers that wannabe also seem to adhere to the idea that you have to sacrifice in order to bring about something new. Also in less evil-minded schools of thought, i'm thinking about anthropology in particular, you come across this 'necessity' for sacrifice, for example in the figure of Jesus but also in the soul's evolution as a whole, in many stages - for example: evolved souls would need to but also wish to return to a 'lower level' to aid others who are less evolved, risking a fall (and having to do part of their evolution over again). I do see that when something changes the old 'dies' (is sacrificed) for the new to be born. But is this necessary? And does this sometimes have to go hand in hand with (risk of) pain? As to that: another answer so perhaps another question: can't we as both created and creator beings heal ourselves from the obvious sado-masochism that is present in us (so, also in us as creator beings), since we seem to have created a system in which at certain times pain is experienced (and necessary? - the individuation process is distancing ourselves from god or our god-like essence, and from bliss, and this seems to entail non-bliss out of necessity.) I have to say that i do hope that i'm not seeing things correctly ;-) Thanks for your answer!

Oneness has no space to flourish those kind of different reality branches "away" from you? Then you function as the source itself as much as this 3d mechanism lets for your equation of BEING? In my understanding, when your soul wishes to experience something but you are ashamed or fearful to do so, it becomes a dead will. For instance if you wish to learn how to swim but were too fearful to do it. Your hell will be you experience drowning with no one to help you and your heaven will be you becoming a master swimmer. Hope this helps.
Most believe that "will" is that of the mind, in the consciousness, it is not, you have been lied to and manipulated, tricked. Intention precedes will. Will is intention that is manifested into the material. Look at the examples in the dictionary for will and you will see it's always "doing something" in the physical.

Wise words, but there is no heaven, it is HeavenS! Both abrahamic and eastern teachings point out to the multitude of Heavens that exist. I saw Sadhguru talking about this being the 83rd(or so) creation, which means that there are 82 Heavens above this realm. Plus the TRUE realm outside of time where the ALLKNOWING exists, which is the best one to pick the knowledge of good and evil from, as it is based one the knowledge of past and future. Any source within the realm of time has its knowledge based on the past with a few parts of the future that were handed out from outside of time, but they lack the exact timemark as i noticed from a lot of sources. So even when some knowledge we get offered seems evil from our point of view, it is only looking like that because we do not know the future of those choices we make.
Yes, most ppl have no willpower, therefore no free will. But I have plenty of both. Yet I see that others do not. I am not bringing it in, I just see what is outside. I have done over 15,000 hours of meditation conservatively. It is probably much more than that. My mind is so clear and effichient like Sarah's mind.

I had already seen you on this podcast, but then again I have honestly searched for and watched every podcast I could find you on. Not to mention I have watched every single video of your own at least once. I have never been compelled to do this with any other creator on YT irregardless of their subject matter. I say this because the depth of the information you are sharing not only resonates at a level I have never quite heard or felt before, but I find an inner confirmation in a way I still can't quite understand. Also your jabs at the glorification of certain labels or semantics in general are refreshing, as well as the occasional humor (esp, sarcasm) my native language😂💙
From my own experience and what was shown to me. When we leave this world we only take our memories. Good or bad. The memories create our own heaven or hell. Jesus showed us what we need to do. He went to hell and got the keys to death and hell. That’s the dark night of the soul. You face your demons(fears, hurt, pain and suffering) you conquer them through forgiveness and love. You are reborn whole healed with unconditional love. That’s the whole reason we are here.

I've walked this lonely path a long time, and as an empath, I can no longer do this. I'm a warrior with no one to save. I've never understood nor have I been understood by these people on our Gaia. I've come to believe there is no hope. Until these people change nothing changes. Everyday more death, more killing and more lies. I do not want to be here anymore. I have so much to give. I have some much power to offer but yet we are always met with wait till tomorrow, soon divine intervention will happen, and yet everyday we grow closer to global thermonuclear war. And my reward is enlightenment. I get to sit on a mountain and slip into insanity. My purpose was to help these people yet I have no power to anything but watch our children being exploited and sold as trash. I see Gaia destoryed by the ignorant. They have no right to destory our planet, yet they go unabated, So, I ask you witch. Why? I see no point to any of this. I have no interest in righting old wrongs. I want to live free amongst loving light sharing collective souls. I live here in the 3D land. I can't fake this 5D reality nor this ascension. There's no point in any of this. Just simply suffering. I'm so tired. I'm so tired and so tired of hearing help is on its way. I'm strong but not for this. It never ends and they won't take away my empathic ability or give me tools to help. So I'm done. These people don't listen and they don't learn. They don't care. It's that simple. I see no miracles becuase no one has ever been saved from they're own destruction. I can't believe the Universe would allow the destruction of Gaia. We are not chosen ones nor special. We're here for a reason you don't undwerstand.

Hi Sarah, thank you for all your work. Since i do recognise so much in what you are saying i would be interested to know what you had to say about sacrifice. It is a recurrent theme in (creation) myths, and the powers that wannabe also seem to adhere to the idea that you have to sacrifice in order to bring about something new. Also in less evil-minded schools of thought, i'm thinking about anthropology in particular, you come across this 'necessity' for sacrifice, for example in the figure of Jesus but also in the soul's evolution as a whole, in many stages - for example: evolved souls would need to but also wish to return to a 'lower level' to aid others who are less evolved, risking a fall (and having to do part of their evolution over again). I do see that when something changes the old 'dies' (is sacrificed) for the new to be born. But is this necessary? And does this sometimes have to go hand in hand with (risk of) pain? As to that: another answer so perhaps another question: can't we as both created and creator beings heal ourselves from the obvious sado-masochism that is present in us (so, also in us as creator beings), since we seem to have created a system in which at certain times pain is experienced (and necessary? - the individuation process is distancing ourselves from god or our god-like essence, and from bliss, and this seems to entail non-bliss out of necessity.) I have to say that i do hope that i'm not seeing things correctly ;-) Thanks for your answer!

Who is the guy and can someone explain what she means by dead will? I think I’m following but I’ve never heard this terminology before.
In my understanding, when your soul wishes to experience something but you are ashamed or fearful to do so, it becomes a dead will. For instance if you wish to learn how to swim but were too fearful to do it. Your hell will be you experience drowning with no one to help you and your heaven will be you becoming a master swimmer. Hope this helps.

Most believe that "will" is that of the mind, in the consciousness, it is not, you have been lied to and manipulated, tricked. Intention precedes will. Will is intention that is manifested into the material. Look at the examples in the dictionary for will and you will see it's always "doing something" in the physical.

Wise words, but there is no heaven, it is HeavenS! Both abrahamic and eastern teachings point out to the multitude of Heavens that exist.
I saw Sadhguru talking about this being the 83rd(or so) creation, which means that there are 82 Heavens above this realm.
Plus the TRUE realm outside of time where the ALLKNOWING exists, which is the best one to pick the knowledge of good and evil from, as it is based one the knowledge of past and future.
Any source within the realm of time has its knowledge based on the past with a few parts of the future that were handed out from outside of time, but they lack the exact timemark as i noticed from a lot of sources.
So even when some knowledge we get offered seems evil from our point of view, it is only looking like that because we do not know the future of those choices we make.
The message I needed to hear
Yes, most ppl have no willpower, therefore no free will.
But I have plenty of both.
Yet I see that others do not.
I am not bringing it in, I just see what is outside.
I have done over 15,000 hours of meditation conservatively.
It is probably much more than that.
My mind is so clear and effichient like Sarah's mind.
This concept of the mirror being the dead will may be a spiritual tell to give will back a bit towards the middle.

I had already seen you on this podcast, but then again I have honestly searched for and watched every podcast I could find you on. Not to mention I have watched every single video of your own at least once. I have never been compelled to do this with any other creator on YT irregardless of their subject matter. I say this because the depth of the information you are sharing not only resonates at a level I have never quite heard or felt before, but I find an inner confirmation in a way I still can't quite understand.
Also your jabs at the glorification of certain labels or semantics in general are refreshing, as well as the occasional humor (esp, sarcasm) my native language😂💙
From my own experience and what was shown to me. When we leave this world we only take our memories. Good or bad. The memories create our own heaven or hell. Jesus showed us what we need to do. He went to hell and got the keys to death and hell. That’s the dark night of the soul. You face your demons(fears, hurt, pain and suffering) you conquer them through forgiveness and love. You are reborn whole healed with unconditional love. That’s the whole reason we are here.
