- One of the deepest yearnings during a spiritual awakening is to commune with our spirit guides. So today, I'm going to be explaining exactly what spirit guides are and how they communicate with us.

I loved the caution about the co-dependent relationship with spirit guides. It was a really good reminder to stay in sovereignty even with inter dimensional beings.
I would say, ESPECIALLY with interdimensional beings, because unless you can discern their intent, you could be misled by a “false light” being.

As a blacksmith, I have an affinity to fire, water, earth and air. To many blacksmiths these are just part of the crafting process, but to me they are what gives spirit into everything I create. I feel as if youve been one of my biggest "guides" through my awakening. I havent found another source of information that resonates as deeply as you. Its incredible how much of a clear channel to information from higher realms you are! I can watch your videos multiple times and still awaken to deeper understandings of concepts consistently! I, as Shaman, can attest that "frequent-alignment" is critical for cross-veil communications . You can't "pedestalize" ( talk up to/down to) those "on the other side". You must communicate as 'equals'. If you try to talk up(or down) to them, they can't hear you. Nor can you "hear" them. It's a BIG problem with typical "religious -prayer", where "pedestalizing" is required. Maybe you can sympathize?

Awesome! 💖 If you're adept you can adapt to attune into matching the differing energetic emotional resonances of others as necessary in any situation, you have no frequency set point but prefer the higher. You can work the energies in and around a person to best support them and all concerned with good and best intent without attachment or hidden agenda. Maybe it's an energy exchange, tune up, adjustment or realignment. Maybe it's just a heartfelt smile, wink, nod, hug, kind thought, feeling, word, action or heart-wave to assist unburdening and recalibrate another's equilibrium. Not just religion but addictions, obsessions, stuck paradigms, other's opinions, limited beliefs and WORSHIP of anything of this world (people, ideas, idols, ignorance, knowledge, concepts, traditions, trends, the fami-liar, drugs, gambling, pride, arrogance, fear, hedonism, codependency, taking and keeping, work, celebrities, trauma, stress, not being enough or being too much, missing the mark, consumables, status, etc.,). Emulating to embody the better qualities, traits and energies of another can be beneficial if well balanced and boundarised. My philosophy about every communiqué you hear either from your own thoughts or from someone claiming to channel is to treat it like you would a letter found on a dirty bathroom floor of a dive bar. Evaluate the wisdom of the words independently of where you think you got it from. If it causes more confusion or makes you feel less agency, just forget about it.
This is so funny. My gf asked me a couple days ago why don't I listen to music in my car or in the house..and I told her becasue there is always a live band playing in my head. Then I went on to explain how there is this "room" where there are multiple different people that I engage with and how they have so many different personalities. But they all seem to feel like me...just in different outfits. She didn't have much of a response 😂 and I felt a little schizophrenic once I said it out loud but hearing this explanation of the quantum field makes me feel a little more at ease...as if maybe that's what I'm tapping into...perhaps 🤷🏾♂️
Omg!! This explain soo much. The reason Shaman say that your spirit guides are you, spirit guides share their spiritual gift with you, entities who pretend to be your spirit guide, and the past, present, and future all happening at the same time.
My daughter 9yo, did a breathing meditation with me in the evening, next day when we took a walk in a shopping centre to buy some stuff, she rushed to me ( as she took a walk without me to find what she needed) saying she was so freaked out as she saw herself. I thought maybe it is too early to start meditation practices for her.

I wondered about this spirit guide stuff.
I have not had any experiences as such …. However I was awakened last night with this voice in both ears “Hello”.
Ok ya I jumped up…. Knew something was in the room.
So I turned on the light. Honestly I was just too tired to deal with such a thing and went back to sleep.
When I woke a few hrs later I hope I didn’t miss out on anything. Haha.
To add on… it was a male voice. Kinda computer animated with a slight Asian accent.
I was studying all day yesterday on attributes of certain deities.
Since your last video Sarah you indicated to embody the attributes of our higher self.
So with the spiritual guides being a collimation of all aspects of our nature.
I think this human experience is in for a big surprise.

I dealt with negative thought forms for at least ten or eleven years and "they" actually drove me away from occult knowledge completely during that time. I got fully back into spirituality around the same time that I discovered your content and began a journey into learning the Tarot. This was only winter of last year. In the spring time while neck deep in questions about consciousness and reality I ended up having a very profound lucid dream where I met two individuals. I could spend the rest of my day describing this "dream" activity. It took me months of piecing together different themes and messages from the experience to realize that they were ascended masters. The man, I believe was Saint Germain and the woman (she was the star of the show for a lack of better phrasing) presented herself to me in so many ways that it was difficult to really put one label on her. I get it now though (I think) she was the archetype of the divine feminine. She was that original blueprint. I call her Lady Portia, Lady Justice, The Holy Mother ect. It was as if I met them all but it was all one energy when it got down to the nitty gritty. She was ethereal when she needed to be but SO REAL when necessary. It was like meeting the most incredible person that ever lived.

It's been very moving and life changing to know her and her male counterpart. I know the way I talk about "her" and "them" is overly simplistic but it's hard to encapsulate everything that they are into words.
Definitely adds up for sure with some of the stuff I have been going through since my wife passed but there is definitely another spirit guide that is not an aspect of me. My wife came back as a walk in soul to finish her soul mission here and was told but several people and mediums we will reunite in this lifetime. She won't remember me but we will know by our vibrations it is her and vice versa. So I have had other spirit guides helping me but has been so frustrating because of faith, trust and patience. It just make me think it's never gonna happen or that something is just off.

Had a powerful Kundalini experience 10 years ago and have been deep into meditation and spiritual practices for many years but I have never seen, felt or had any experiences with spirit guides.

I have a pixie 🧚♀️ guide that lol chirps sometimes nonstop in my right ear and haha now I know with clarity that it is me💪👁️🤣 I am also recognizing that the White Buffalo guide that I felt around me formerly, was a guide for a time & to assist me through a challenging spiritual & material experience with a former partner that we had been Native American’s in a prior life with one another. My grandparents from both parents have come through at specific times to give messages they did not have consciousness to give in life. One synonym of "affinity" is "familiar", which in the mystical context, can be applied to spirits or blessed animals, and describes the special bond required for communion.

From one perspective it was said that with the first heart beat of any "human" coming into life, they on some level completed the whole evolutionary process and are ready to merge with Source and move into a new octave of existence, however before they do so, they project some sort of a copy of themselves to stay, guide, and protect their newborn version throughout the "linear time" portion of their evolutionary journey. That copy is known as the Higher Self. It was also said that the Higher Self which transcends duality, and the embodiment of the masculine and feminine energies / archetypes are the 3 main Spirit Guides that each of us here have.

I hardly ever get the chance in mindfulness to speak with my spirit guides or my spirit team as I Loving call them. I will occasionally gather them all together for a meeting & a big "group hug" with my being here 🤗🥰 and the others. Feels good!

I went though a great trauma at the age of seven. I went into the ether and stood there with my spirit guides and looked down at what was happening to me.
If you look ot the kaballistic tree of life it makes more sence to me that your spirit guides work through your sepfroths eg.wisdom vs understanding ,chocma/ binah as facets of yourself other than beings external spirit guides.
You know the right path, weather or not you take it is up to you. Ask yourself does if feel right? In you heart.

15:34 In my own experience, not only future, also past lives self (as everything is in a now existence). For example, recently I was detonated for a video, making me recalling a childhood trauma about being comb by my mom. In the back of my mind, was this question, Why I felt so much pain. That night, I received a visualisation, first a family, the child expressing pain, then a close up of a scalp from inside, (like view in a microscope, showing monococcal infection, and some voices saying something, about, infection is spreading)...I wake up with fobia, itching in my head, very disturbing sensations. When taking a shower and shampooing, very well, As I shower like distracting me, a subtle knowing in myself of crystaline light, running through out me, and feeling the healing and soothing sensation, Immediately, sent it to all of myself in any time line, dimension and plane, I realized, Actually the problem in childhood was, that I was developing Meningitis, so my head was too much sensitive. So this me now, sent healing to me as a child. So we actually are the spirit that were taking care of ourselves in childhood. My, my I was always so 'attacked' by spirits. Most of the time was me, myself. Because I am always doing that, every time I received a healing or any breakthroughs I send it to myself😅

Super interesting about spirit guides Sarah thanks. Affinity yes ! trees, birds and nature, sky obviously ~clouds, rainbows and stars. Rainbows show up in the most random times and places for me it almost feels as if the rainbow is trying to communicate with me. Cheering me on in some sense. And if your lucky to have experienced a super full sky double rainbow like I have twice or thrice. It felt like direct communion with the creator and or source. I remember on all the super rainbows I saw, the clouds under the rainbow where a different color and or brightness to the clouds above, giving the impression of a giant sphere or another planet. I believe I saw an image from the latest Burning Man with the same kind of super rainbow showing the same giant spheroid. For me the rainbow has been my secret symbol for many years even before its become somewhat of a gay and trans symbol. For me it has nothing to do with that, but actually it means don't give up, keep going, we love you unconditionally. So it understandable that it would be stolen and miss represented in society as it is today. But I`m glad when they use the real transgender multi-colored flag that doesn't look like a natural rainbow. I also heard that Noah and Noah's ark have some connections to rainbows. But I have also seen firebows in higher cloud without rain which are quite rare. Sometimes I've also seen Rainbow or Firebow dragons also in higher cloud closer to the sun without rain with these amazing greeny, pink, and lavender colors which are probably the most beautiful, normally found above mountains or other stunning vistas , and above other landscape horizons. PS when you talk about time is an illusion yeah it felt like your right there in that moment.

This is a very good way to understand some of the principles of our "endgame." In a way we are all trying to conglomerate all perspectives from our own in order to grow exponentially. As together beyond this life we become the total sum of all, but the experience is needed to truly integrate it from that one flavor that is us. We are all working together in parallel to become our own take on god in an endless mentoring that is infinitely fruitful.
