I'm not gonna lie, I teared up a bit when ZeRo came out and the crowd was crazy loud with their ZeRo chants. Seeing the outpour of support for him on Twitter and from the crowd, and the huge smile on his face when he walked up, not to mention how happy he looked after beating Dabuz, really reminded me of how supportive the community as a whole can be, especially after he was beating himself up over his uncharacteristic loss to Luhtie. (despite how toxic the chat can be from time to time ;])
I was also really happy to see him out there supporting Nairo through the tournament. If I was him in that situation, I'd have probably tried to find a corner to hide in.

The real winners here are the commentators, who literally never broke character for over 2 hours straight and just kept it going all that time. Most entertaining part of the video by far.

Yknow, Nairo (best Zero Suit Samus), Larry Lurr (best Fox or something), MkLeo (Best Marth and one of the best Clouds), and Trela (Ryu's real life counterpart because Trela is always gone, too busy doing whatever in Texas somewhere and often doesn't show up at tournaments). The only big shot that Ally had with him was Abadango. The others on his team were notable top professionals, but they aren't the best in the world.
Loved the commentary, back and forward each set and they even occasionally would laugh at each other when they knew they would push a little. Can clearly see they had a lot of fun together :) Has been my favorite crew battle so far

I'd quit crews for a while if I were Ally too.
The part where Larry is asked about Fox being Honest and him just staring blankly and not being able to answer why is one of my favorite bits of the crew battle. That part always makes me laugh.
On the stream, there was a post credit video that showed that there's going to be a sequel titled "Infinity Saga" (clearly a reference to Marvels Infinity War)
It would have been awesome if the first match of the crew battle was between Zero and Ally to start things off. But then again 10,000 dollars was on the line so it seems like a lot of the matches were counterpicking instead of going for the 'hype' matches. Like also intentionally avoiding Anti/Zinoto facing off.
What happened, wich they explained, both of them had a tremendous pressure. They were told that they were supposed to hate each other(wich was the whole thematic of this tourney, wich also explains the commentary), but we all know what happened to both of them in singles. However, they settled their match in Smash n Splash 3
