Now that I made a decision between farms and my offer was accepted, I briefly take you through the Offer to Purchase process I've experienced thus far in our Penamacor, Castelo Branco farm purchase.
I also talk about the tally it took to get to this point. How many farms viewed and offers made to get to this stage!
