Rad has an ongoing issue with the assembly of the front tire on some bikes. The axle may be over tightened and will break if you attempt to take it off. If it does not come off easily that is the tip off. If I were to encounter the issue again I, would try wd40 first, careful not to get it on the brake rotor. Also Rad will send a new axle at no charge and instructions for getting the broken axle off, if it does break. Word to the wise: this bike has acceleration like a moped with a top speed of 28 mph and should be respected as such for safety.
The issue is putting the front tire on or off . He seemed to have a problem with the front wheel putting in on the normal way . What do you mean The axle may be over tightened and will break if you attempt to take it off.
Only someone who's mind can work out multiple complexities at once (like an accordion player) could attempt such a feat without using the instructions!

Note to anyone watching this. Always lay out all your tools and all the parts before starting. It will save you tons of time
