World War 1 was a global conflict that lasted from 1914 - 1918 and had a significant long-term impact on the development of Europe throughout the 20th century.
Germany's expansionistic leader, Kaiser Wilhelm II, is often cited as a key cause of the conflict, which escalated quickly after the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand by Gavrilo Princip in Sarajevo (28 June 1914).
From the assassination to the Armistice 11th November 1918, this video charts the course of the Great War.

Just a little mishap, when you said that Germany sinking American ships caused them into war, that’s not entirely true. It was a mess of causes. Like the one you mentioned, the main reason was that Germany sent a telegram to Mexico saying to invade. Either way, great video!
Average “Well school told me so it’s true”, the actually attack of the allied shipping was a far bigger motivator than the telegram to Mexico. Not long before the war, America had pretty much whipped Mexico into a dying shattered state with rebellions all in the mountains.
There was no danger from Mexico, there was danger from u-boats

If you don't want to read a rant about one of the most infamous Kaisers in history, skip this now.
Wilhelm II was a controversial guy, which doesn't necessarily mean that he was totally mentally unstable. Keep in mind that he had a country to run; it was his duty as the heir to the German throne. Just because you have a duty doesn't mean you're mentally and emotionally ready for it, nor are some people even cut out for it. In addition, Wilhelm had a shriveled arm that he was born with, which earned him a lot of flak from his own countrymen. I quote, "A man with only one arm could never be king." This only pushed him to work harder to become the Kaiser his people wanted. He was also under pressure to put on the tough, warmongering front that his ancestors were known for. Can you blame him for cracking under all that pressure? YES, he had his moments of absolute stupidity, like that incident with the Lucitania, but I want you to name one leader who was perfect and made absolutely no mistakes.
Long story short, Wihelm II was just a guy who happened to be born into a royal family, had way too much on his shoulders, and was a leader in the wrong place at the wrong time. He wasn't evil, nor was he a saint; he was simply human.

What mistake did Stalin make non because any one knows those mistakes go to gulag
Words only a TRUE man can speak, more manly than the soldiers themselves for understanding a mans life.
Japan loves Poland. Japan has played Chopin songs for over 100 years. In 1920 and 1922, Japan rescued 765 Polish orphans in Siberia. Poland asked Japan to rescue a Polish orphan in Siberia. Japan promised to rescue immediately.
The smallest orphaned child was 2 years old. The child was crying near the dead mother. The Japanese rescued the orphan immediately. The child told the dead mother "Goodbye Mom". Japan rescued a total of 765 Polish orphans.Japan sent orphans to Japan for treatment.Orphans ate delicious and warm meals every day. All Polish orphans have recovered. Almost all Japanese donated money to save orphans. On the day of return, all 765 Polish orphans returned to Poland safely.
In 2018, an elementary school commemorating this was completed in Warsaw. Japan loves Poland. God bless Poland.
