Did someone just say mike drop. Rich bought it every day. What a mortal stud. He is with me every workout. I feel like a piece of him is with me and it’s the only piece that drives me and makes me kill it. If I ever get lazy or want to take the easy route I hear Rich screaming at me and I get back in it as hard as I can. What a legacy. I love that I got to follow him for so many years while he was alive. In a way he is as alive today as we was 3 years ago. I miss him and the content we will never get. But treasure what he left us. It’s great content.
