Brother, am not a Technical person, but with my years of experience in Real Estate, it is not about the thickness of the Concrete slab but the quality of materials used. e.g. Reinforcement, Cement, sand & stone, and concrete mixing chemicals used.
Structure Engineers determine the thickness of the slabs based on the soil investigation results of the land and expected loads (no of people expected to use the building day in and day out) as well as the no. Of floors, you are going.
Do you know that it is not advisable to over-thick slabs when you are building high-rise buildings,
Hope this helps
Thank you
The Future of Eko Atlantic is mind-blowing. Watch the space
Orca Mall will be the flagship of Eko Atlantic City
Nice one
It'll be a delight to see an arena in Eko atlantic like 20,000 indoor capacity. That alone would chnage the face of Eko Atlantic city forever.
Great job 👍
Absolutely Abiodun,
Just like Eko Hotels
But it is part of the Eko Atlantic City Master Plan
God bless Nigeria 🇳🇬

Please i would like to know how the non resident can access the mall and other public facilities in Eko Atlantic if the city is fenced and gated.
@@ikemmanuel7859 yes please, it would be accessible to the public. It is directly facing the Ahmadu Bello Way Road, though the Mall is situated in the City. They will link it up with the road.
Please watch the video again, you will see me pointing at the Road
Hope they’re building a big parking lot alongside it.
Yes please Daniel, they have got massive parking lots on suspended floors, the ground floor and the basement.
@@MR_CONDOS how many floors is the mall
@@DvluddVkots proposed 10 Floors
@@MR_CONDOS Its about 5 floors
@@hillcrestprofessionalservi3502 oh okay. Sounds good. Let us see then. It looks like it will be more than 5 floors with the suspended parking as well.
Check out Ghana orca mall in Accra, thier here in Ghana for over 40 years
Stop lying not 40years it was in 4 July 2008
Where is the rendition your promised on the video?
@@longwellsfarm834 😂😂😂.
Will share it shortly, waiting to get it from my source in EAC
@@MR_CONDOS thank u. Could u also get the one for the eko academy
Biggest mall in Nigeria rather
@@olaoluwasolomon2649 Ola you are right, we might also say that
ITB doesnt do small projects 😂
How many floor is the mall?
@@DvluddVkots up to 10 suspended floors
@@MR_CONDOShave you seen the renderings of the projects or was your statement a pure conjecture?
They should name it Atlantic City Mall, which one is "orca" Mall,is it in Awka Anambra State😂😂😂😂❤❤❤
@@africarizn7318 Sounds good. I like that name Atlsntic City Mall.
@@africarizn7318 Unfortunately this project for not for the Chagoury family. It is an independent project financed by some Foreign Investors who decided on the name to use.
Please note that EAC also has a mall coming up in the future in the city and that might be named Atlantic City Mall
Only in Nigeria you see high-rise buildings like this with such tiny pillars.lf you tslk or ask questions ignorant Nigerians will call you all sorts.l dont see such tiny pillars in western building construction but in Nigeria.

Am very sure ITB adhered to civil engineering standards.
@@animalfunfacts247 absolutely.
@@suntanglory Even the level of building approval processes you go through at the hands of Eko Atlantic Technical Team and Committees before they will allow you to build in Eko Atlantic is madness.
For example my company project - our Pan Atlantis Towers opp. The U.S Consulate we ha E been trying to get building approval for it for the past 12 months and is still on it and yet to be approved.
So they are very strict in their reviews and approval processing. Just to avoid building collapsing in the City
@@MR_CONDOS Is this building inside eko Atlantic or outside of it?It is on ahmadu bello way but not inside eko atlantic city...
Bro, you keep repeating yourself and showing the same spot.
😂😂😂
Pity am na. E no easy to hold camera 🤳
How many floor is the mall?
Is about 25 floors
@@EBUKAEkechiyou kidding, right 🤣🤣🤣??? A mall this wide cannot have a floor exceeding 4-5floors, except it is planned to have a residential space. Customarily, a mall is always being built horizontally, but not vertically.
