Great video, and I love the focus on safety through all aspects of what you do. However a 24 year old was killed on a farm here in Western Australia back in June in a almost identical situation as to where you are standing with the camera while using a chain to tow a bogged tractor. The chain snapped and struck him in the head. If you google deaths by chains breaking during towing it is a worry how high the number is. Not to include serious injuries. In construction here in Western Australia chains are not permitted for towing due to the high incident rates. Would be worth investing in a purpose snatch strap. It might save an injury or life some day.
@@gerryoconnor8751 They where recently looking " Tractor Driver's " to help with Spud Harvester FT, PT .. definitely agree that they look after their staff, without them nothing happens !!
Thanks Tommy, we only sell the best Fastracs, we only source the best and go thru them with a fine tooth comb. Glad you like her, i think this one would really suit you
A very well minded machine for 10,000 hours. A credit to who owned it. Good luck with it guys, I'm sure Marco will make a bumper for the back of it for you Cathal 😉 😀.
We normally would brian when things get wet but it’s reduces your view, the field wasn’t that wet, there was only 1 wet spot in the field … and fair play to Robert he found it
Wise man who knows when to stop trying to get out when stuck and ask for a pull
know when to walk away, and know when to run , as the song goes

Cheers for that Killian , we actually do have one but we just didn’t have it in the field that day unfortunately but your dead right 💪
I can't understand why ye haven't more subscribers as your videos are excellent and consistent
Yes I do agree, brilliant content and great editing of life down on this busy farm
Give them more time, I have no doubt that they will one day reach 100,000 subscribers. Great honest hard working men who respect their staff 👏

Brilliant video . Well done lads . Good crack .
it was great day out Denise. Great to see how it all happens in the field
Terrible wet there ....have the spuds to be dried off....what are yields and size like ?
Spuds will dry themselves quick enough, yields are good considering the dry spell and the size is perfect , certainly not too big….
@@finnegansfarm9137 Thanks for that ...always enjoy particularly when you talk about output of crops /cattle etc.
Nice video lads a fine crop of spuds, Kaylem is making s good sales pitch don't worry Robert we have all been there getting stuck
not having my diff lock working was a recipe for disaster as we soon found out. Anyway it all added to the fun
@@the13spanner always funny after 😂

when we were young lads it was almost like a badge of honor to get stuck especially in the Bog ,
Well I guess I get a medal for this one
Robert probably deserves a cup for the amount of he’s got stuck at this stage 🤣

yes it shows how a well maintained machine can last.
I’ll need it Gerry 😉
Have a look at red rock loader. Serious well built loader
unfortunately Redrock no longer build these loaders
Fastrac's are normally used on the roads since they have the speed.
They could be used in England as there ground isn't as wet as Ireland.
They are ideal for the road micheal, any tractor that goes into that spot would do well to come out 🤣
Cathal, nothing wrong with using the Volvo, just needs agri tyres on it not quarry tyres 🤔🤔
You buy them for us brian 🤣
I don't miss getting stuck with a load of potatoes🤪🤪🤪
At least john b cant get the blame for the jcb getting stuck an as for kaylim its fantastic lol
I still suspect that John B laid a trap for me
Just an farmer phil says begged her to the bollocks
thats so true
🤣🤣
Fastrac- the fur coat and no knickers
Of tractors-😢
and no diff lock in this case, Back to the workshop to sort this next week
Ye may load that man on road from now on 🤣🤣🤣
give me a break please 😄
👌
Russles wouldn't bog that in mullaghboy at Paul Lynch's
not much spuds in Mullaghboy😀
Fast track pulled out by a 🚜🙈🤠
Oh the shame of it 😠
Fear the Deere 🤣
why dont you fill the front 2 boxes this gives you better traction i drive fasttracs all the time often better grip than normal tractors
yes loading the front boxes would certainly improve our chances

Fastracs are so bad in the wet i was scared to pee in front of the back wheel
