we need the teamsters, the Nalc is a joke, management will let this drag on forever there will be back pay but no interest paid on the back pay. They are working us on a stale wage and that is fine with them! In the arbitration process the union is the moving party, we could have had a contract year ago, renfroe is begging dejoy!!!!! Sad state of affairs!

I don’t think it’s him, it’s the post office doesn’t want to spend the money on carriers they rather keep hiring in firing people. They rather spend the money on upper management than the carriers that actually make up the post office. Where just Amazon delivery drivers to them it we never change best thing to get a second job because the post office will never pay!

Screw getting a second job. I'm not killing myself because the post office refuses to keep their employees heads above water. I would hope everyone would be looking at other options.
That happened to me, back in 1985 I worked at a post office and after my three months were up, I was laid off and all new people were hired, it doesn't make sense why they do this
