Who is always putting out all these rumors because Renfro never says anything and it always is the same rumor of top pay getting $44 a hour, stop with the rumors because all you guys are doing is making carriers feel good about the money part of the contract when that stuff sounds too good to be true

In a previous video you stated that Brian R. is the only person meeting with management about our contract. Is this normal?! How often is he meeting with them? For how long? The thing to remember to is this, from the end of the previous contract being negotiated and agreed to, to the start of this contract negotiations was only like a year and a half. And the contract "negotiations" right now have been going on for a year and a half. What is really changing contract to contract that it takes this long?! It makes no sense to me. Brian has got to realize just how incredibly frustrated a number of carriers are about all of this! And still he is silent. Which tells me that he doesn't want to listen to the people who is supposed to represent. If he is so set in his ways that he is unwilling to change and adapt then he really shouldn't be in the position he is in! He is probably negotiating his transfer into management.

Silence from Brian Renfroe is: unprofessional, egotistical, irresponsible, and makes him look guilty as shit.
How is it even possible to go this long without even setting arbitration dates?!!?

I don't see the OT list ever being a thing for small offices like mine. We have 4 city routes, 2 CCAs but not enough vehicles so we loan one out to another office everyday and the other CCA covers days off and Amazon Sunday. If our 4 city carriers didn't want to work past 8, we'd be stuck with no CCA or an available vehicle even if we had one if we're all there. They can't put CCAs on call everyday for the possibility of OT. They already told us getting another LLV was out of the question because it wasn't in the budget

$30 is too high to start. $25ish would seem more likely. $30 would be great though, it just seems unrealistic. If they did, I think they would be much more conservative in the hiring process like the old days. Getting a job with the po would not be easy anymore.

Essentially this contract is gonna depend on the carriers standing up for themselves and striking. Or doing a sick out. Whichever will work. Cost of living is insane and a top out of $36 isn’t anywhere near enough anymore. 10-12 yrs ago that was awesome money, but not today. If it’s left up to the uppers then this contract is gonna be worthless. People get record breaking contracts that they deserve by striking. Stop letting them decide how much money you guys will get and go on strike

So, in the past, our office had a 10 hour list, a 12 hour list and a work assignment list. Not sure whatever happened to it, because now, it doesn't matter if you're not on ANY list, everyone is being forced off their routes unless they have a doctor's note restricting them to 8 hours a day. In an office with 40+ routes, they are pivoting 6+ routes a day, and only have 3 ODL'ers. Glad, every morning and every night, I'm not carrying mail anymore.

Imo the retention problem is the very low pay for CCA'S. $19& some change to work 10-12hrs a day out in the summer heat. Finishing your route and having to go help a regular who never should have been kept in the first place and makes quite a bit more. If one stays focused on the long term sure its a decent job but when its hot as hell and your kid that works fast food is making the same hourly pay its real easy to say nah im done!
