And to be fair to Anna, her back was a mess before she was 21 and eventually caused her retirement in 2003. But one day, she beat Steffi, and soon enough Steffi was no more, and then Hingis was the Tennis Borg queen who couldn't be stopped. That would have been right around the time this match happened, I remember how Hingis used to dress around the time she truly emerged as a leading force.
