I think to access this engineering menu, rather than dealer menu, it needs to be enabled first. I think that’s done using vediamo.

My W212 2015 car has 531 Comand APS NTG 5/5.5 on the datacard. That's why I don't know which version I have in my car. There are Sd card slot, colored sat-nav, dab and silver framed volume button.
Neither this method, nor cancel phone+1+# combination worked for me to enter engineering menu.
Can anyone help me with it?
