Japan is also my dream country to visit one day.. enjoy guys! How would you say it compares to countries like vietnam? I’ve been there and it just seemed a bit poor overall in comparison.

It’s a completely different environment from Vietnam, busy but in two completely different ways. Vietnam is nosey, a sensory overload and it’s still loud here but more in a busy, rustling around kinda way. The infrastructure is completely different and people are so eccentric which we love to see!!

Get out the cities and you'll be even more amazed. Arshiyama嵐山(nr Kyoto), is a quiet but beautiful town with a huge bamboo forest, a amazing river walk. For food, Osaka is a foodlovers heaven. Though I took me half a day to find, there is a food market in central Osaka, hidden in the middle of probably the the biggest market ever, which itself is hidden behind a street of Main Rd shops. The to go to place to try Takoyaki たこ焼き Lake Kawaguchi is a must do-The views of mount Fuji 富士山are to die for. I visited Japan on a budget and found the best places to stay on the odd night I felt like splashing the cash, were Love hotels. They were more like apartments with the most amazing baths and included meals, and the most amusing free bar I've ever come across. And for a taste of home, Kobe has a small side street izakaya居酒屋 run by an Irish/Japanese couple. It's situated not far the main train station west entrance opposite the main tourist money exchange. bank. (Probably not helpful, as will probably be impossible to find). Enjoy the rest of adventure 😀
