Flexible is the way to go for sure. When it comes to expenses, Full time RVing is very similar to sticks and bricks it's just happening everywhere over north america for us! We just got hit with the ball joints and other front end stuff. we thought it was going to be a no problem year 🤣🤣🤣 Body work always sucks, we are proud in our rigs but hang in there, there are soooooooo many places you need to make us discover ;-) Love you guys.
Oh dear. Quite the predicament at the end... Hopefully there wasn't too much damage... Good luck you two! It's always a pleasure watching you. :) I would recommend acquiring the tools needed to work on your air units yourself though. They're not terribly expensive and learning how to do it yourself is a real money saver in the long run with the added benefit of being able to help someone else out later on and maybe make a few bucks to offset the cost of the equipment, too! Keeping additional canisters of coolant onboard wouldn't be a bad idea. If you're ever up in northern MN in Lake of the Woods, give me a holler! Looking forward to your next vid! Cheers!
Wow what fantastic scenery. you picked a beautiful place to stay, but all those problems with your bus was not so good, I really hope that you can get it fixed and that you will not have to make anymore repairs for quite some time. I agreed with mel. if I had been there I wouldn't want to leave
You two do manage to find some EPIC spots!! That’s the thing that makes all the nomad life problems worth it, but I do certainly understand how it can wear on ya. Sending you both a big hug!
I haven't been watching much since y'all finished the build as thats what I was interested in. But happened to see this one and I have to say man that is an epic beard you are sporting now Don! Keep up the good work folks. Cheers
Loved the video. So many cool adventures and places you are visiting. Sorry to see and hear of the bus troubles. Keep stepping forward; perseverance will payoff
Your reaction to the holes in the rocks is so funny because where other people would be like, "Oh! Another one!" You were like, "Oh (insert concerned face), another one." I'm so sorry you've had all the myriad of mechanical issues with the bus. I definitely don't feel like it's unique to you. I just think other vloggers don't share most of the things that come up for them. It's unfortunate, because for all the freedom and wonderful experiences you can have on the road, it doesn't give a realistic depiction of what life on the road can be like. I'm so glad that in the midst of all the hard things, you've found beautiful places and people and I hope that the weight of all the positives will far outweigh these very inconvenient negatives. I mean, can you imagine all you would have missed if you never began this adventure?! I have a feeling that there are at LEAST two to three times as many amazing adventures left to discover than the ones you've already had. Having said all that, I do hope that this string of issues will end soon. There will have to come a point where you've replaced enough things that you're good for a while and can just do regular upkeep, rather than replacing and replacing. Don't give up on your dream!!! Sending lots of love!
Eish!!." Not what you planned for ". If it doesn't rain: It pours. Sorry about your bus/ Home troubles. One can expect teething problems. Not this: I wish I had a magic wond. Take all your problems away. 🙏. I am loving your journey and the hikes, the outdoor life. There will be a time when all your troubles will be history. "Just keep on believing". Regards 🇿🇦 .

The beard looks great Don but looks like you could use some good beard oil. Vids are amazing. Thank you for all the content.
Look at it like this at least you two have a career in singing. (good luck with that)
Oh noooo! I had to watch the end a couple of times to see what had happened. 😞
it took us a while to figure out how we landed on top of rock too!
We're all learning from your experience, thanks for the videos. Please let us know where major your oil leak was coming from. Thanks again.
You are welcome! Video coming out next Saturday were we dive into the oil leak problem

It pays to be handy when you live in a motorhome or converted bus full-time.
with an old bus you should calculate in, that these things can happend... dont let it get you down. see it as an challange.
My husband said you are looking more like your brother Gary these days.
We live in Ridgway Co
The factory flares on those line sets are notoriously crap. Cut and reflare them with a quality HVAC flaring tool set.
Just so you know you guys can stay here anytime
oh man I wish we knew before hand, we had such a hard time find camping in Ridgway but understandable why! What a beautiful place to live.
@donlancaster7306 hey Don can you email us to discuss: rehabiteight at gmail.com
