I am a big picture strategic thinker and I support a person who is lovely personally but keeps information close to her chest-I’ve tried for several years to change the dynamic to no avail. I love my team but feel ham-strapped by being kept at arms length… what can I do to change this? I don’t want to leave, but I feel stagnant because I’m not permitted to be engaged fully… gah!
