Good info. Thanks. In our opinion driving golf carts is easy and hassle free. We drove them in San Pedro Belize and Isla Mujeres Mexico. We'll be in Culebra in a few weeks. We'll make sure we reserve our transportation.

Correct taxi would be best, possibly rent a taxi for a day rate. And they would stay with you the whole day

Just keep trying 2 weeks before they must be available
