I LOVE this series. I think decaf is a total sleeper for surprisingly good coffee. The trick is finding importers that *really* care about sourcing truly high quality coffee to be sent off for decaffeination. Not just having an obligatory decaf in stock. Happy to share some of my favorite importers if you want! Thanks

I definitely recommend Peru Cajamaca. Wet hulled Swiss water for a decaf. Roasted to your preference
