I don't like how the term scalping is used in this video. Scalping is when people buy it with the mal-intent of selling them at a higher price. E.g. like the PS5, scalpers purposely bought them in bulk to sell them at high price immediately later. The Pendulum 20th Duke/Beelze however remained cheap for at least 2 years, until demand for Digimon started picking up and supply was scarce since not many people pre-ordered the second wave, which raised its market value because it was a 1 time pre-order period.
