I expected the outcome (narrative convention would suggest that ID would take an unambiguous win after the first two were a called draw (Calli likely would have lost, but my guess is it was still decently even when the fight was interupted), and Gawr going full Blood Knight on Anya (who was awesome, but had the second worst possible skill set for that fight). I was, however, very impressed with the way you had Iofi win. Her combat style is extremely nasty against anyone who doesn't know how it works, and she kept her cool throughout, while going more or less straight to summoning her biggest gun. Hammered home that she is absolutely a Senpai to Ina, even if, going by your comment, Ina has much more in the way of raw power. Also, I loved the Sora hug lol. As a result of the memes and your series, I can't help but rank Sora pretty damn high among anime in general, so it made perfect sense.
From what I saw It looked like Gura won as Suisei was forced to interfere, with Cali it would be either her win or draw as we saw Botan having her arm broken while Cali was ok and just reached limit of regeneration but it could rly go either way. But Ina's power here was rly low as she normally has her void teleportation (where she can drag others into it), she has mind corruption powers, lasers and summons and other abilities that could be canon or not, like forget beam for example.

I imagine Sora will be as powerful as a God because the way in which she is respected, admired and adored by all of the holo members and fans alike. A thick layer of faith on top of legit skills, abilities and characteristics. For example I'm specifically a fan of her but I do respect her for she is clearly not only a pretty face, if you catch my drift.

It’s not just four other talents. She can replicate her genmates too with how close her relationship is with them as well. The description even states she frequently uses them in battles. Here she decided to not use her genmates or any HoloID members cause it would leak their abilities to the EN Branch.
I like the idea that Ina's a little bit more of an analytical fighter, especially when facing the unknown. she clearly isn't putting her all into the fight, but instead deliberating on what her opponent's battle plan is before coming up with a counter for it which is how a spellcaster should fight. Assuming she had a moment more to gather information with that spell, she would have been able to pick a spell to end the battle instantly without unleashing anything she can't control. Kind of like someone checking their enemy's stats and weaknesses thoroughly before landing a decisive blow. But being built around an RPG trope makes you an unmoving target, which is exactly what Iofi capitalizes upon here using her improvisation through creativity to win the fight with an instant counter from Sora. She knows who Sora is well, and because of that she is likely aware of the way Sora's trait affects Ina's trait because of her trying to stop AO in the past and crafted her battle plan from the start using that information. It also plays into having to know who she's summoning emotionally and I like that a lot. Information and circumstances are everything in combat, and this really drives that home. Iofi is a battlefield control fighter rather than a powerhouse directly which is a divergence from most other talents outside of Moona.
Now that you mention it, yeah. Iofi does act more like a crowd control sort of spellcaster than your usual dps mage, although she apparently still can deal instant heavy hits.
What the hell can Sora do with just a hug? That's scary in its own mind. Loved all the summonings. It seems really helpful for an animator as you get to just draw squiggly lines, but what was most attractive was you drew clear frames as they formed or splashed. I also see she chose(?) to withhold Sora at 0:57 or took longer to form.
sora has purity which means a single touch from her is enough to dry out ina's negative book power. More like hard cc rather than a lethal move, if it was someone with mostly raw power like gura it would have been more difficult to deal with

Yooo I went crazy seeing how Iofi was literally able to use “the power of friendship”. Even though the summoned talents are only half-power, being able to use their trait abilities just feels like cheating xD You’re doing amazing with all of the lore Kugeki. Even being able to connect Iofi’s alien royalty origins to her journey to connect with people, Indonesian culture, and her Depiction Trait. Your animation has only improved as well, transitioning from a third person view into a first person view flawlessly during the Fubuki part, amongst many other amazing parts. Thanks for your hard work Kugeki! ^^
The fight is crazy! While Iofi's ability concept is not really new, she is really strong especially when she use Sora clone (despite being half power of the original) that we know is really powerful, but in the end of the day she is a kind girl who doesnt like a fight. Ina on the other hand seems to be held back and maybe a little lacking in fighting experience (?), but i believe she could explore more of her power since theres a lot of possibilities on how she use it. Thanks for the great fight, Kugeki. Never expecting Ina's back vs Yopidumpy to be this epic.
Man, I really thought Ina would have that in the bag. She's hyper powerful and was calmly analyzing what her opponent's ability was. But apparently she did it too slow and then Iofi said "screw you, Sora clone go!"

Not having any info on Iofi's power, and watching her as she effortlessly summon a clone of Hololive's strongest member, would make for a terrifying experience for any opponent for sure. I thought the Oga and Fubuki clone was bad enough, given how Oga stopped a tentacle with one hand like it was nothing, and Fubuki went Atomic Slash on all the other tentacles, on top of almost splitting Ina in half. Now that I've read the desc, if that was what Fubuki could effortlessly do with (at max) half power, I long the day we can finally see her and the other Divas at their all, hopefully in the far future. Out of all the shots in this episode, I have to say, the perspective shot where Fubuclone was running towards Ina has GOT to be my favorite. The giant tentacles' sense of speed and size difference was just mesmerizing to watch. Enjoy your break, Kugeki! In the meantime, I'll be giving this fight and the previous ones a few more replays.

He's done that before with Gawr's blood shenanigans, Enma's attacks, Lamy's ice, and other such details. But yeah, adding color to parts of the animation really makes them pop.

This vid is about Iofi vs Ina but I'd like to comment on the way you present the character of Sora. It's really fitting for a powerful character like the Goddess to leave everyone in awe whenever, wherever and however she appears. Those little details like Risu's comment when Sora clone appears or how the others act in Sora's presence really serve to empower the character. You've done a good job and I hope you use this style to hype up the Diva characters
These animations never fail to make my jaw drop, it's always pure awesomeness. I'm also glad to atleast see Aki's name being tossed around in the story, even if it's just in the descriptions. Just makes me think that it won't be long till I see her on screen!

Took me too long to comment due to busy and forgetfulness. The subtleties in this are just as amazing as always. Iofi: I know lethal attacks aren't allowed but we all know she can regenerate. Also Iofi: *nearly blushing at the level of bloodlust Gwar showed off* No iofi, we all know you just need an excuse to eviscerate someone without getting in trouble.

Okay, fight between magic artists, let's go. This is very interesting. Ina can't really use her magic unless she wants to risk mc-freakin'-losing it, but her main counter against Iofi is a weaker spell that _already_ puts a noticeable strain on her mental state. Problem: she got caught with her pants down and didn't _know_ that Iofi's abilities are super OP and based in magic. Like, yes, there are major limitations to the clones, but just having the traits alone is already busted enough sometimes, like with Sora. Though I do love how her evolved Purity Trait alone cranked her clone's cooldown all the way up to 2 days, really shows how powerful evolved traits are. My headcanon of them being the HC equivalent of the slime isekai's Ultimate Skills is that much closer to being reality... Anyway, yeah, Iofi is broken. She sets up a Canvas, you've basically lost if you can't counter it or overpower the clones. And Ina has anti-magic, which is really cool. The level system intrigues me though. Is it based on the "steps" of magic brought up by Laplus, or is it something different? Cuz I did notice that the biggest level is 10, and ten-step magic is what Laplus uses. Besides that, yeah, this is dope. Ina got the "Batman without prep time" treatment and thus got rekt. Love it. Can't wait for the small Risu videos throughout November. Those'll be fun.

@@remnatsuki8792 I'm just wondering if her paint clones have free will. This is why summoning powers can be so...difficult to write. Same goes for Pokemon battles and even Yugioh monsters. Once you have to wonder if the summons are sentient or have free will and all that, it becomes kinda messy.

I really want to see Miko in one of these. Roboco's comments about Ina and the Ancient One implies that Miko is nearly as strong as Azki, and Azki was able to force out 8 of Sora's knights. I'm really curious to see what The Elite can bring out.
Well Ina is probably one of of the hololive with most powers as she has many things. 1. She is sort of eldritch creature so she can bend space and be immune to time manipulation ( that is because of her connection to the void witch is not connected to the timeline). 2.Her presence (and her book) has passively corrupts bodies and minds (well this also affects her but she has crazy resistance, that is also what we can even see in "Hololive bad end" animation). 3.She is one of the few Hololive members that has actual army of creatures and she has full control over them. (again this is because of her corruption, affecting others) 4.Tentacles, but most misunderstood that they have to come from her back as She controls all tentacles so if she creates portal with them she can also use those. 5.She also has her pocket dimension in the void and we can see it in one of her outfit reaveals She might have more as we don t even know what spells are in her Necronomicon/tablet?/book.
At the start i knew that ina was holding back. When yopi started blasting holes in ina i was like "oh shit, yopi's gonna get screwed" but yopi pressed her insta win button and summoned sora. I mean if that doesn't put her in diva class i dont know what can. Imagine yopi summoning all of the divas onto the stage. I pray for the poor soul fighting them.
The poor soul caught on her "canvas". Know that the clones are only effective within the canvas itself. Had ina known this, she could have: A, not been on there (she can float/teleport out); or B, cancelled it entirely (AO abilities/her trait)

This vid is about Iofi vs Ina but I'd like to comment on the way you present the character of Sora. It's really fitting for a powerful character like the Goddess to leave everyone in awe whenever, wherever and however she appears. Those little details like Risu's comment when Sora clone appears or how the others act in Sora's presence really serve to empower the character. You've done a good job and I hope you use this style to hype up the Diva characters
Imagine if characters in anime actually splatted when thrown against a wall like that. That would be rough especially seeing an mc die that way.

Okay, fight between magic artists, let's go.
This is very interesting. Ina can't really use her magic unless she wants to risk mc-freakin'-losing it, but her main counter against Iofi is a weaker spell that _already_ puts a noticeable strain on her mental state. Problem: she got caught with her pants down and didn't _know_ that Iofi's abilities are super OP and based in magic. Like, yes, there are major limitations to the clones, but just having the traits alone is already busted enough sometimes, like with Sora. Though I do love how her evolved Purity Trait alone cranked her clone's cooldown all the way up to 2 days, really shows how powerful evolved traits are. My headcanon of them being the HC equivalent of the slime isekai's Ultimate Skills is that much closer to being reality...
Anyway, yeah, Iofi is broken. She sets up a Canvas, you've basically lost if you can't counter it or overpower the clones. And Ina has anti-magic, which is really cool. The level system intrigues me though. Is it based on the "steps" of magic brought up by Laplus, or is it something different? Cuz I did notice that the biggest level is 10, and ten-step magic is what Laplus uses.
Besides that, yeah, this is dope. Ina got the "Batman without prep time" treatment and thus got rekt. Love it. Can't wait for the small Risu videos throughout November. Those'll be fun.
I was thinking that Ina would win but I never expected that Iofi could literally summon paint clones of powerful members. Summoning Sora just like that is freaking OP lol

It makes me wonder just what the limits of her ability is. And how powerful are the clones? Are they like Twice's clones in MHA, where they have full sentience and memories and abilities, but die in one hit?

@@ShadeSlayer1911 Well in Iofi's case or how the animation here was portrayed had Iofi call her nee-chan which can possibly mean that Sora and the others did have a conscious but they are willing to help Iofi because of their strong bonds they've created in Holo. At least that's how it looked like to me 😅

This is why summoning powers can be so...difficult to write. Same goes for Pokemon battles and even Yugioh monsters. Once you have to wonder if the summons are sentient or have free will and all that, it becomes kinda messy.

Amazing idea of the concept of Ina's magic it really shows on how much power the book holds. Also now I need kiara's turn with her opponent and even Ame so that I can compile em all into a anime op cant wait for more action
I really want to see Miko in one of these. Roboco's comments about Ina and the Ancient One implies that Miko is nearly as strong as Azki, and Azki was able to force out 8 of Sora's knights. I'm really curious to see what The Elite can bring out.
Well Ina is probably one of of the hololive with most powers as she has many things.
1. She is sort of eldritch creature so she can bend space and be immune to time manipulation ( that is because of her connection to the void witch is not connected to the timeline).
2.Her presence (and her book) has passively corrupts bodies and minds (well this also affects her but she has crazy resistance, that is also what we can even see in "Hololive bad end" animation).
3.She is one of the few Hololive members that has actual army of creatures and she has full control over them. (again this is because of her corruption, affecting others)
4.Tentacles, but most misunderstood that they have to come from her back as She controls all tentacles so if she creates portal with them she can also use those.
5.She also has her pocket dimension in the void and we can see it in one of her outfit reaveals
She might have more as we don t even know what spells are in her Necronomicon/tablet?/book.
I thing iofi was unsummon FBK and OGA second before ina hit them. Did she no want to hurt even the clone. What a friendship.

At the start i knew that ina was holding back. When yopi started blasting holes in ina i was like "oh shit, yopi's gonna get screwed" but yopi pressed her insta win button and summoned sora. I mean if that doesn't put her in diva class i dont know what can. Imagine yopi summoning all of the divas onto the stage. I pray for the poor soul fighting them.

Know that the clones are only effective within the canvas itself. Had ina known this, she could have: A, not been on there (she can float/teleport out); or B, cancelled it entirely (AO abilities/her trait)
