It's really cool to not just have an upward scale and straight power creep. But matchups. Love matchups cause then All the power in the world don't mean jack if you come across the wrong person. Sora's Purity trait comes to mind since with Bae's trait Bae can basically just say "no u" when Sora says "no."

Sure something like, Kronii being "The Warden of Time" (or the very concept of time taken "human" form, still not sure about that) probably has total control over it, so she could probably speed up the entire universe until it reaches it's heat death or also speeding up specific "events" like aging someone to death, making her faster o her oponents slower, or in this case (I believe) making mumei do her whole teleportation ritual faster
Besides, having watched the video again , Irys says she could distract Bae for a minute. The fight starts around 1:12 and ends at 2:12 with Bae realizing both Irys and Mumei got away. However, the fight was practically already over at 2:06, where Irys was already defeated and Bae launches her final attack, apparently hitting Irys and causing that big explosion, just to realize 6 seconds later they got away. So, it either took Mumei 54 seconds to teleport both herself and Irys away, barely on time, or Kronii stepped in, realizing Irys wouldn't last that long against Bae, so she "buffed" Mumei, making her act quicker and giving everyone the impression Mumei did this on the brink of time

If you think about it, it actually kinda makes sense were Bae and Irys to both have similar abilities in control over chance. Hope is simply the existence of a 0.0001% or higher outcome that's positive, and Chaos Theory involves the pattern of seemingly random chance.

What if Mumei's tendency to forgor was a coping mechanism because she MUST rember? I'll explain. Because Mumei is the Guardian of Civilization, she was born when humans started to create communities. And, unlike Fauna, Sana, Baelz and Kronii, Mumei is "cursed" with both knowledge and empathy: humanity has a tendency to keep track of History to avoid Wars, catastrophes and to annihilate the Homo Sapiens genre. Also, one of humanity's greatest strength is its empathy. So here's the thing: what if Mumei was subconsciously forgetting things, messing with her own memory, because she loves humanity too much to the point of recording EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING IN EXISTENCE AS WELL AS EVERY SINGLE MYTH AND RELIGION THEY CREATED? What if every single human death was impacting her like the loss of a loved one? Her infinite empathy would be the reason why she advised Poseidon, a LOCAL God, when she herself is a lot more powerful than him. But too much knowledge and empathy can drive anybody insane (remember: Mumei MUST remember and record the feats of humanity when Kronii, Sana, Baelz and Fauna don't have to remember everything in their own domain), thus leading Mumei to hard reset her memory when unable to endure the pain. Honestly, i could TOTALLY see a scene where Mumei attends a wounded Irys' wound. When Mumei leaves to change the water for Irys' bandages, Hope, curious, opens a sealed door in Mumei's home and sees the Wall COVERED in barely readable inscriptions: the names of each and every single human in History. It would honestly be super dope!!

Just a reminder, IRyS was still weakened by her last fight with Omega, so she can probably do more than what we saw, as for Bae, I’m scared for anyone that dares to oppose her. I love how the power scale goes from each holomem depending on their lore, keep it up Kugeki👍

I'm actually quite interested with Moon Goddess's lore, Moona said in her stream that "she" sunk the atlantis, and we saw how "her believers" betrayed her in her MV and so we just assumed that "she" sunk the atlantis to take revenge (since Moona didnt explicity said she did that to take revenge) but actually still trying to protect atlantis by putting the atlantis deep in the ocean. Sadly Gura probably didnt know this and then she "coicidentally" find out that Hoshinova was once used to be a goddess worshipped by Atlanteans and she was betrayed by Atlanteans so Gura also assumed Moona sunk the Atlantis to take revenge and harbor deep resentment toward Moona.
That was INSANEEEE! You did an exceptional job tying the previous episode into this one. Mad respect to Mumei for not flinching even in the face of her leader's wrath. She did have an irrefutable point though; if your entire purpose is challenged, what answer is there other than opposition? And Mumei - straightforward as she is - chose to let it be shown through her actions. Poor IRyS. Even in the loom of the potential war against Omega, she had to be on the receiving end of a primordial's anger. I hope she manages to not only catch a breath, but is able to replenish her lost strength as well, ASAP. Also, can I just say how much I LOVE 1:09 ? Bae's expression distorting into that _violent_ of a grin was deliciously terrifying. Even with what's at stake, it's as if she's completely going to enjoy making a sandbag out of her old friend. But I suppose even that bloodlust is a part of her chaos... The agility she showed us here, utterly outspeeding even the winged nephilim; would it be fair to assume it'd even contest Suisei? All being said, thank you Mumei for making it in the nick of time. And don't worry about it being delayed or whatever. February was a tough month for a good part of the fanbase. Don't forget to take care of yourself, alright? Hella hyped for the next episode!
I think it's all but confirmed that bae is the most powerful members of hololive (Omega notwithstanding) because her power is to ignore every power with only the other members of council and IRyS being able to stand a chance against her That being said IRyS is weakened in this battle since she doesnt have her full divinity yet, i supose a battle between full divinity IRyS and bae would be much closer
@@carso1500 i think also she was just weakened overall because of Bae's authority in general. Even if Irys was at full power, she's really not because Bae starts the battle with her opponent at a disadvantage due to her authority. Nobody (up til now and likely ever) will ever be at full power against Bae no matter how prepared one might be. The dimension Bae sets upon a battle won't allow you to do that unless somehow, she didn't set it up in the first place (extremely unlikely)
Another great animation! I love the interactions between IRyS and the Council, there was so much tension in the dialogue and fight. Amazing lore in the description as always. Looking forward to the next one!
I absolutely love the improvements here that have been made, the fight scenes have become more fluid and more clearly refined and the fact this was the first of your fights to include blood has shown how much of a power house Chaos is. On another note, was Mumei's minute inspired by the vs Ina fight? Not taking away the creativity of Bae's authority, which is an awesome concept, but merely a thought.
It was generally inspired from Full Metal Alchemist with how they touch the ground before doing things. But yeah, I guess you could say I was also inspired by Mazumaro :)
Rewatching this and at 0:43 and 0:44 in this one frame you can really capture the personality of sana, kronii and fauna just by the face expressions the more I watch the more impressed I am! 🔥🔥
Well...On one hand, i loved the way to relate Mumei with the fall of Atlantis. On the other one, If Bae is already this scary in a fight, and i believe we can assume that she was for the most part toying around with IRyS, i don't want to think in how could things turn out if she goes serious. Amazing job as always with the animation!
Damn don't mess with Chaos, holy crap she's OP XD I know IRyS is still weakened from her fight with Omega, but dang I don't think IRyS is able to beat Bae in her full strength...unless... Fauna wanted to join them too just from looking at her close up scene. Then Mumei midway called Fauna's name but got interrupted by IRyS. Wonder if Fauna has a reason for not joining them this time so maybe we'll get to hear her reason later cause come on, Civilization and Nature go hand in hand together so it must be a given that she will join. But I mean if Omega is the enemy here, then there has to be a way to convince Bae and the others to join forces. Love your animations, btw! Your animations are what I look forward to a lot!🔥😍👌
realization for a possibility for Mumei's powers: the ability to use the powers of "civilized" people, possibly including already confirmed players main reasoning being that she's the "guardian" of civilization, meaning that she can bring all of that civilizations' power to bear against those who threaten it
Chaos as an enforcer, ironic. Conceptually it makes sense that Irys lose to Baelz because hope can only exist in chaos. Without the concept of uncertainty / chaos in other words if everything is a fixed predetermined fate then hope is meaningless. And without meaning it wouldn't be perceived and hence its existence has no reason to be acknowledged.
Watching you improve with every animation is a sight to behold. I could feel the passion with every video as you better yourself as a story teller and animator. For that, thank you.

Wow I've re-watched this a few times now, but I just noticed that it takes exactly a minute after Irys says she'll buy Mumei a minute for them to leave. That is some beautiful attention to detail. Great job Kugeki. Not to mention I'm still impressed at how well you nail the camera angles in each of your fight scenes which adds a whole nother depth to them. Thanks for the show.

Glad I checked up on this series! Loving the Council stuff and its connection to the previous Myth plotline going on, with Omega being a perfect adversary. The fact that Gura somehow survived Omega's wrath is sure to come into play, as that's an amazing feat on its own. It also makes a lot of sense that the beings representing Civilization and Hope would naturally oppose and counter Chaos with their abilities, so nice attention to detail there! I do wonder how Nature interacts with chaos considering Nature is kind of a chaotic force in it of itself, but based on Fauna's reaction she might not be able to do much at all against a being like Bae. Clearly Time and Space have no bearing against Chaos, but I'm liking the system of checks and balances here. I'm curious as to what you'll cook up for Omega's trait(s?), and look forward to more good stuff!
So it is confirmed that omega destroyed Atlantis, but here's what got me confused why did the Moon Goddess had to sink the city in order to save it? If anything it seemed as if she was the one who caused the doom of Atlantis. Anyhow, from reading the lore it seems that IRyS had one of the strongest powers in the story, which makes sense since she 1v1'd Omega and survived. Good job as always Kugeki, can't wait to see more of your future predictions!
Maybe Omega somehow manipulated Moona's surroundings like a chess. She controlled the people (Moona's believers) to betray their local god which led Moona into madness and sunk atlantis
It could be possible she knew that no matter what else she did, she couldn't do anything. So instead, she decided to sunk it to save a certain Shark that can play a key part of destroying Omega with her chosen Vessel of Power. She most likely decided to take a gamble on a chance on Hololive girls powers to destroy this unnatural god.
And despite all of this happening, that only leaves absolute terror in my mind of just how powerful the Diva's are, especially Ame who's kinda scene as the lead and powerhouse of Myth said that if all of them joined in AZKi would stop them on her own, and AZKi only pulled 8 of the 13 from Sora.
@@ShadeSlayer1911 No, she actually isn't, there's multiple known Diva's and ex Diva's as it's stated basically everyone in Gen 0 was at some point or another, the current being Sora, Suisei, Matsuri, Pekora, Haachama, Fubuki, Roboco and Mano Aloe, and ever since Mano disappeared in this arc, they're deliberating between Coco, Moona, Korone, and Rushia.

@@ornz354 aloe, however, is gone. (Just like irl) so there's essentially an empty seat rn. I'd like to think Ame is another candidate but it's purposefully not revealed as yet. Given her leadership qualities both in universe and within the streams (to which a lot of the lore in this Universe is based on) as well as overwhelming power, abilities, and smarts being in full control of time travel and knowledge of the craft, despite being a simple human. Can't see her not being a candidate but she just turned it down so it goes unmentioned. Though that of close doesn't say for other talents that haven't been shown yet like Aqua, Marine, Mio, Aki etc.

My idea of Bae's ability was similar to Accelerator from Index but instead of it relying on calculations it is triggered by what Bae wants to happen. I'd like to call the pocket dimension featured in the video, 'Playground'. I want to add other things as well such as how the ability is activated this way it wouldn't be as busted and she can be defeated. Playground Activation: Consent or it may be activated when Bae touches the target/makes contact 6 times (Based on the sides of a die). Effect: I like the current effect you have for it but I'd like to add a dice roll mechanic. Idols dragged into this dimension are rolled a die and depending on the number they got their powers are weakened or strengthened. Getting 3 allows them to retain their stats, getting a 1 guts their stat to a third, and getting 6 triples their parameters. The way the story is going I feel like they're going to have a rematch. As for Mumei's ability, I'd like to call it 'Redeemer' but we can also use 'Messiah' I based it around her status of being the Guardian of Civilization. This means that the less number of people are currently alive in the world, the more powerful she becomes for example: Alive - Scale Billions - Base Mumei Hundred Million - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10 Millions - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 100 Hundred Thousand - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 1000 Thousands - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10000 Hundreds - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 100000 Tens - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 1000000 Ones- Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10000000 I'd like to think that this was the reason why her trait was unaffected by Bae's playground. I fkin love what you're doing man, so keep doing it!

Ok something came to me while I was thinking about why Bae would spar with only Kronii and Sana. Mumei is understandable as Bae is probably too much for her or they don’t want to awaken another darkness inside her. Fauna is weird to not spar with it might be due to her nature that she just abstains unless necessary but I have a theory on why Bae doesn’t train with her. So I theorise that Fauna might have some sort of Ultimate Kars ability mixed with cell in which she can use all of evolution and and adapt to a fight over time as nature does. When chaos intertwines with nature it only makes nature stronger (eg.storms,volcanos,etc) whilst only weakens space and time as they are concepts based on order. This coupled with the fact that a clash between chaos and nature might awaken some of mumei’s memories that might prove unfavourable to Bae. Anyways that was weird theory I made

So here's the thing: what if Mumei was subconsciously forgetting things, messing with her own memory, because she loves humanity too much to the point of recording EVERY SINGLE HUMAN BEING IN EXISTENCE AS WELL AS EVERY SINGLE MYTH AND RELIGION THEY CREATED?
What if every single human death was impacting her like the loss of a loved one?
Her infinite empathy would be the reason why she advised Poseidon, a LOCAL God, when she herself is a lot more powerful than him.
But too much knowledge and empathy can drive anybody insane (remember: Mumei MUST remember and record the feats of humanity when Kronii, Sana, Baelz and Fauna don't have to remember everything in their own domain), thus leading Mumei to hard reset her memory when unable to endure the pain.
Honestly, i could TOTALLY see a scene where Mumei attends a wounded Irys' wound. When Mumei leaves to change the water for Irys' bandages, Hope, curious, opens a sealed door in Mumei's home and sees the Wall COVERED in barely readable inscriptions: the names of each and every single human in History.
It would honestly be super dope!!
Yes, same with my theory top about mumei... she remember every men amd women that born and how theor life until they died... Its like perfect memory... But billions people life and memory make burden to hers... She is forget is like she move the prior memory to other places (BOOK) and start new blank pages again

I'm actually quite interested with Moon Goddess's lore, Moona said in her stream that "she" sunk the atlantis, and we saw how "her believers" betrayed her in her MV and so we just assumed that "she" sunk the atlantis to take revenge (since Moona didnt explicity said she did that to take revenge) but actually still trying to protect atlantis by putting the atlantis deep in the ocean.
Sadly Gura probably didnt know this and then she "coicidentally" find out that Hoshinova was once used to be a goddess worshipped by Atlanteans and she was betrayed by Atlanteans so Gura also assumed Moona sunk the Atlantis to take revenge and harbor deep resentment toward Moona.
That was INSANEEEE! You did an exceptional job tying the previous episode into this one. Mad respect to Mumei for not flinching even in the face of her leader's wrath. She did have an irrefutable point though; if your entire purpose is challenged, what answer is there other than opposition? And Mumei - straightforward as she is - chose to let it be shown through her actions.
Poor IRyS. Even in the loom of the potential war against Omega, she had to be on the receiving end of a primordial's anger. I hope she manages to not only catch a breath, but is able to replenish her lost strength as well, ASAP. Also, can I just say how much I LOVE 1:09 ? Bae's expression distorting into that _violent_ of a grin was deliciously terrifying. Even with what's at stake, it's as if she's completely going to enjoy making a sandbag out of her old friend. But I suppose even that bloodlust is a part of her chaos... The agility she showed us here, utterly outspeeding even the winged nephilim; would it be fair to assume it'd even contest Suisei? All being said, thank you Mumei for making it in the nick of time.
And don't worry about it being delayed or whatever. February was a tough month for a good part of the fanbase. Don't forget to take care of yourself, alright? Hella hyped for the next episode!
I think it's all but confirmed that bae is the most powerful members of hololive (Omega notwithstanding) because her power is to ignore every power with only the other members of council and IRyS being able to stand a chance against her
That being said IRyS is weakened in this battle since she doesnt have her full divinity yet, i supose a battle between full divinity IRyS and bae would be much closer
@@carso1500 i think also she was just weakened overall because of Bae's authority in general. Even if Irys was at full power, she's really not because Bae starts the battle with her opponent at a disadvantage due to her authority.
Nobody (up til now and likely ever) will ever be at full power against Bae no matter how prepared one might be. The dimension Bae sets upon a battle won't allow you to do that unless somehow, she didn't set it up in the first place (extremely unlikely)

I liked the little detail of Mumei smiling and blushing a bit when Irys said "That's fine, Mumei's all I need."
I absolutely love the improvements here that have been made, the fight scenes have become more fluid and more clearly refined and the fact this was the first of your fights to include blood has shown how much of a power house Chaos is.
On another note, was Mumei's minute inspired by the vs Ina fight?
Not taking away the creativity of Bae's authority, which is an awesome concept, but merely a thought.
It was generally inspired from Full Metal Alchemist with how they touch the ground before doing things. But yeah, I guess you could say I was also inspired by Mazumaro :)
Rewatching this and at 0:43 and 0:44 in this one frame you can really capture the personality of sana, kronii and fauna just by the face expressions the more I watch the more impressed I am! 🔥🔥
Well...On one hand, i loved the way to relate Mumei with the fall of Atlantis. On the other one, If Bae is already this scary in a fight, and i believe we can assume that she was for the most part toying around with IRyS, i don't want to think in how could things turn out if she goes serious.

Fauna wanted to join them too just from looking at her close up scene. Then Mumei midway called Fauna's name but got interrupted by IRyS. Wonder if Fauna has a reason for not joining them this time so maybe we'll get to hear her reason later cause come on, Civilization and Nature go hand in hand together so it must be a given that she will join. But I mean if Omega is the enemy here, then there has to be a way to convince Bae and the others to join forces.

main reasoning being that she's the "guardian" of civilization, meaning that she can bring all of that civilizations' power to bear against those who threaten it
Chaos as an enforcer, ironic.
Conceptually it makes sense that Irys lose to Baelz because hope can only exist in chaos.
Without the concept of uncertainty / chaos in other words if everything is a fixed predetermined fate then hope is meaningless. And without meaning it wouldn't be perceived and hence its existence has no reason to be acknowledged.
Even if Irys was buying some time for Mumei, this fight was more or less a pushover for Bae.
Watching you improve with every animation is a sight to behold. I could feel the passion with every video as you better yourself as a story teller and animator. For that, thank you.

Wow I've re-watched this a few times now, but I just noticed that it takes exactly a minute after Irys says she'll buy Mumei a minute for them to leave. That is some beautiful attention to detail. Great job Kugeki. Not to mention I'm still impressed at how well you nail the camera angles in each of your fight scenes which adds a whole nother depth to them. Thanks for the show.

Glad I checked up on this series! Loving the Council stuff and its connection to the previous Myth plotline going on, with Omega being a perfect adversary. The fact that Gura somehow survived Omega's wrath is sure to come into play, as that's an amazing feat on its own. It also makes a lot of sense that the beings representing Civilization and Hope would naturally oppose and counter Chaos with their abilities, so nice attention to detail there! I do wonder how Nature interacts with chaos considering Nature is kind of a chaotic force in it of itself, but based on Fauna's reaction she might not be able to do much at all against a being like Bae. Clearly Time and Space have no bearing against Chaos, but I'm liking the system of checks and balances here. I'm curious as to what you'll cook up for Omega's trait(s?), and look forward to more good stuff!

I really love the art, the story line, the lore, the fights n everything
So it is confirmed that omega destroyed Atlantis, but here's what got me confused why did the Moon Goddess had to sink the city in order to save it? If anything it seemed as if she was the one who caused the doom of Atlantis. Anyhow, from reading the lore it seems that IRyS had one of the strongest powers in the story, which makes sense since she 1v1'd Omega and survived. Good job as always Kugeki, can't wait to see more of your future predictions!
Maybe Omega somehow manipulated Moona's surroundings like a chess. She controlled the people (Moona's believers) to betray their local god which led Moona into madness and sunk atlantis
It could be possible she knew that no matter what else she did, she couldn't do anything.
So instead, she decided to sunk it to save a certain Shark that can play a key part of destroying Omega with her chosen Vessel of Power.
She most likely decided to take a gamble on a chance on Hololive girls powers to destroy this unnatural god.
And despite all of this happening, that only leaves absolute terror in my mind of just how powerful the Diva's are, especially Ame who's kinda scene as the lead and powerhouse of Myth said that if all of them joined in AZKi would stop them on her own, and AZKi only pulled 8 of the 13 from Sora.

@@ShadeSlayer1911 No, she actually isn't, there's multiple known Diva's and ex Diva's as it's stated basically everyone in Gen 0 was at some point or another, the current being Sora, Suisei, Matsuri, Pekora, Haachama, Fubuki, Roboco and Mano Aloe, and ever since Mano disappeared in this arc, they're deliberating between Coco, Moona, Korone, and Rushia.

The 7 divas according to Kugeki are Sora, Haachama, Aloe, Suisei, Pekora, Matsuri and Fubuki. Those you mentioned are Diva candidates, I think

I'd like to think Ame is another candidate but it's purposefully not revealed as yet. Given her leadership qualities both in universe and within the streams (to which a lot of the lore in this Universe is based on) as well as overwhelming power, abilities, and smarts being in full control of time travel and knowledge of the craft, despite being a simple human.
Can't see her not being a candidate but she just turned it down so it goes unmentioned.
Though that of close doesn't say for other talents that haven't been shown yet like Aqua, Marine, Mio, Aki etc.

My idea of Bae's ability was similar to Accelerator from Index but instead of it relying on calculations it is triggered by what Bae wants to happen. I'd like to call the pocket dimension featured in the video, 'Playground'. I want to add other things as well such as how the ability is activated this way it wouldn't be as busted and she can be defeated.
Playground
Activation: Consent or it may be activated when Bae touches the target/makes contact 6 times (Based on the sides of a die).
Effect: I like the current effect you have for it but I'd like to add a dice roll mechanic. Idols dragged into this dimension are rolled a die and depending on the number they got their powers are weakened or strengthened. Getting 3 allows them to retain their stats, getting a 1 guts their stat to a third, and getting 6 triples their parameters. The way the story is going I feel like they're going to have a rematch.
As for Mumei's ability, I'd like to call it 'Redeemer' but we can also use 'Messiah' I based it around her status of being the Guardian of Civilization. This means that the less number of people are currently alive in the world, the more powerful she becomes for example:
Alive - Scale
Billions - Base Mumei
Hundred Million - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10
Millions - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 100
Hundred Thousand - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 1000
Thousands - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10000
Hundreds - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 100000
Tens - Mumei's stats are multiplied by 1000000
Ones- Mumei's stats are multiplied by 10000000
I'd like to think that this was the reason why her trait was unaffected by Bae's playground. I fkin love what you're doing man, so keep doing it!

Ok something came to me while I was thinking about why Bae would spar with only Kronii and Sana. Mumei is understandable as Bae is probably too much for her or they don’t want to awaken another darkness inside her. Fauna is weird to not spar with it might be due to her nature that she just abstains unless necessary but I have a theory on why Bae doesn’t train with her. So I theorise that Fauna might have some sort of Ultimate Kars ability mixed with cell in which she can use all of evolution and and adapt to a fight over time as nature does. When chaos intertwines with nature it only makes nature stronger (eg.storms,volcanos,etc) whilst only weakens space and time as they are concepts based on order. This coupled with the fact that a clash between chaos and nature might awaken some of mumei’s memories that might prove unfavourable to Bae. Anyways that was weird theory I made
