Don't talk about the garage subframe but yet it has a skid plate? The stock skid plate is also garbage and most if not everyone will add an aftermarket skid plate. Bars, wheels, map switch and triple clamps are definitely a selling point. I bought the KTM so I wouldn't have to worry about the subframe and my Erzberg 300 came with everything the Husky comes with.
Rear brake reservoir cap is also plastic on the husky vs aluminum on the ktm. My 150 lb friend broke the subframe on her husky 150. She does not do hard enduro lol.
You are wrong, the Husky is like the XC models which have linkages. Also wrong in saying the XCW/EXC models have billet machined triple clamps, only the 6 days version does. The 6 days version gets map switch and adjustable forks like the Husky. As mentioned the Husky gets a composite sub frame compared to the Ally one on the ktm. I did see the composite sub frame break on an Enduro tour in Romania, granted the guy riding did come off bad! Nothing wrong with Huskies! Great bikes but the linkage is in the way for my type of riding.
@@greglesny2663 nope all huskies have linkage, even the enduro ones (TE 300) which I think hace the same wide ratio as the XCW. The comparable version with the XC is the Husky TX which is also a cross country bike.
They absolutely garbage, had my husky for 4 months and had nothing but problems with the silly sub frame… best thing I ever did was trade it in for the Ktm
Does it come with 17 spare sub frames?

My local dealer is charging $6k more for the KTM, is there a reason for that?
Good video breakdown! Have you seen any subframe issues with breakage compared to ktm aluminum?
Brakes, Brembo vs. Magura, how is that an upgrade?
Great summary!
does it get tunned down like the ktm
what brand is the black saddle?
same engine?

I was immediately thinking the same thing. Apples to apples comparison would be to the KTM XC TPI models.
@@DRIVESHOWTV so the husky transmission is the same as XC right ? not the XC-W with shorter 2nd gear

Plus you get special tube caps …. Woooo hooooo
Sub frame!
