I’ve owned one for 6 months single battery. Since owning I’ve had one of my front lights blasters blew and no longer works due to water ingress a simple rubber seal would have prevented it! And my peddle assist stopped working but has started again v strange! Forget trying to get communication from Engwe they don’t have a customer service! Over all there really good bikes I do love mine but sadly I don’t go on long rides as I’m not confident with it and £1350 for a bike you don’t have confidence in isn’t good!
I am 5 foot 9 and 143 pund and I got 137 mils on pas1 on my m20 With no throttle Only using my legs like hell and I still think it was hard because of the and seat And it wasn't in one go it was over several days And great video by the way 👍 This is with 2 batteries Like yours
Yea i added a 48v 30ah battery to the downtube and kept the the 2 13ah batteries for the top tube im now running 43 ah 2064 wh on it and have a spare 13ah batterie im pretty good on range now. The most i got on the 2 13ah batteries before i swapped out 1 of them for 30ah was 55 miles. Also put some cst scout tires on it had to upgrade the rear suspension. But you are right after all the uogrades i put in im about 2500$ in on it.
Glad i held off buying this bike. I have the engwe ep2 which is a decent cruiser, and was gonna buy this for the dual battery, but opted for a dual motor beast instead
Really appreciate the honesty, much better than the influences reviews.
What bikes would you recommend then for someone who is 6ft 0ins and 215 pounds?

Did you have to change the wires for the new battery ?
Do you have the link to the rear shock you bought?

Hi quick question I broke display on my M20 finding very difficult to get compatible replacement do you know one thanks
I would rather have seen you on the bike explaining all of this.
What rear shock did you put on the bike. Want to change mine for a decent airshock

Any issues with the police? I was looking at getting something like this and know throttle isn't allowed, looking to get my first ebike.
Are you planning to sell it?
I find you really harsh on the bike but… in some regards, it’s just an appropriate answer to the false (or at least biased) reviews.
I have the same bike but I'm 5-10" and 11.5 stone and the bikes great!, you are just too big for this bike
