God is the fact that when you want something for the wrong reasons the closer you get to god the more he will change the reason why you want something you love. He’s so good that he wants you to want what you want but he’ll just change in your heart why you want it and make it for a reason to better his kingdom and not for selfish reasons!!

Can you expound more on why you say God won’t always be there? Bc the scriptures say that he will never leave us or forsake us. I could be missing the point your trying to prove but can you expand please
Also a thought that came to my mind!
I think he was referring to the mindset we tend to treat God with. Yes, of course, God is always there and will never leave 💯 But oftentimes we allow that truth to make us comfortable with treating God like he the side chick lol. Knowing that no matter how how much we sin or do this or do that, we can always go back to Him and he WILL still love us and grow us with open arms.
